Mac and PC Guys were where I took my PC to have it diagnosed and fixed. They were quick, diagnosing the problem and fixing it same day, and were extremely understanding of my financial situation, being flexible enough to allow me to find a way to pay for everything. It might still be expensive for someone poverty level like me, but for this level of service and care, you probably won't find anything better for the price

MAC & PC Guys is the first place I go to if I have a computer, drive, iPhone or iPad in need of repair or updating. I have also purchased several refurbished laptops, which have worked great and are backed by a 6 month warranty. Mohammad's customer service and technical expertise is excellent. I highly recommend them.

They took care of an iMac that wouldn't boot anymore, with just one day turnaround. Needed a new hard disk, replaced with SSD. They moved the old data, and also did a system OS upgrade. They were patient, and thorough, making sure we were happy, and that everything (including the license config on a somewhat esoteric application) worked before we left.

Al was simply THE best! He diagnosed my problem, advised me that my MacBook was still under my AppleCare+ warranty, plus showed me how to schedule a Genius Bar Appointment ant the Apple Store - all for free!! He wouldn’t even accept a tip! There are still “good” people in this world. Thank you, Al. You’ve restored my faith in humanity!!!

Rescued my data from my old crashed Dell computer and transferred to a nice refurbished unit they sold to me. Also helped me install Microsoft Office. Just the best service and nicest help! Thank you so much, Al!

I purchased a new laptop and needed it to be set up, with data transferred from my old laptop to the new one. I had a deadline since I needed the new laptop for an upcoming class I was taking. Caleb was terrific! He made sure the laptop was fully set up in time for the class and he sat with me to make sure I could use the new laptop and that it was fully operational. He did a fabulous job and was a great representative of the Geek Squad!!

Mohamed was great at the store. it was worth the drive, He resolved the issue almost immediately, price was very reasonable, love the guy. it's worth the while going there. He was very persable and easy going. He Demontrated a geniune desire to help!

Fast, honest and fair. Gave an old slow Mac new life with a new solid state drive. High quality work. The Mac has been used everyday for the last year since the repair.Trustworthy. Recently asked for a quotte tto repair my macbook pro keyboard b/c the keys sttick (see the T's!). Encouraged me to push Apple to replace the keyboard at their expense rather than pay for the repair b/c it is their defect.

He offered a 90 day warranty, same as Apple but Apple was charging $600 versus he diagnosis it right infront of you and charges you a lot less (380) for us and was done in less that 24 hours. Very trustworthy and a great value.
