Woman at desk was not very welcoming or customer friendly. She did my nails and rushed through everything. I got a pedicure. Rushed through soaking my feet, scrubbing, and exfoliating. Didn’t watch off exfoliating beads fully. Painful dig in cuticle/ cuticle cleanup. Gave painful massage. This experience wasn’t relaxing at all. I will not be returning here. The service was not good.

Wasn't satisfied with the services. Did regular polish and 2 days after was peeling of. Had to tell the girl to trim more the cuticles. Even the polish wasnt even. Not going back

Lan is amazing. Takes her time with your pedicure, including a great foot massage and hot stones. They have comfy massage chairs.

Just a few days after getting a fill my nail broke, I came back to get it fixed and was basically accused of never going there when I could name exactly who did my nails. Proceeded to fix my broken nail and was just overall extremely rude and made the experience so uncomfortable. I will never be returning and would never recommend anyone here due to this experience.

I'm happy that I was referred here. My nails look so much better, neater and the polish shines. They take their time and do a good job. I'm only on my second visit so I hope the service doesn't change. The salon is so relaxing, soft music and low TV volumes. I haven't had to wait but it does appear to get busy. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit and I generally hate all salons so this one must be good!

Tony is the BEST! My nails always stay well put together, his work is clean & he always delivers on what I ask for. They get super busy at times so I try to take a break here and there but I always end up coming back!!! Wonderful place.

I recently had one of the best pedicures of my life here! I got the basic but Vivian made it feel like luxury. She was very thorough and took her time which made me feel very valued. The massage was amazing. My husband had B do his pedicure and said she was amazing too!

This is my one and only nail salon I go to . I used to go to Helen when she was in Norwood and was so happy to know she opened up salon near where I live and I tried Tony and I thought to myself I hope I like it because I am very very picky when it comes to my nails shape and just how they look . And let me tell you Tony does amazing job every single time . The place is cleans, friendly , and such relaxing environment which I love . I recommend this place to anyone who loves getting nails done and trust me you wouldn’t be disappointed when you try any of them.

I have been to Tony a few times now and he is by far the best manicurist I have ever been to. I have several issues with my feet and he has used helpful methods to make everything perfect. At my recent appointment he did a dip French manicure and it looks amazing! The salon is spotless and everyone is so nice. I highly recommend this salon!

they do a really good job, but the service is terrible. i've been going here for about a year or so, and myself and everyone i know who comes here is asked to wait to be attended, regardless whether or not they have an appointment. the workers are nice people, but they always overbook. i make an appointment for every time i have gone, and sometimes the wait is 15 min; another time it was more than an hour. they do a great job, but only go if you're okay with being there for at least two hours .
