Look no further for the best realtor! I didn’t know where to begin when I started looking for my first house. In our initial conversation, I immediately knew Joe was the relator I wanted to work with. Joe took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home purchase and what my goals were.
When you work with Joe as your realtor, you aren’t just getting him. You are buying into his entire network that is willing to work hard for Joe’s clients. Initially, I was looking for a “turn-key” ready house. I decided to purchase a house that needed some cosmetic work. From helping me line up contractor quotes, to scheduling painters, to finding electricians and obtaining homeowners insurance, Joe was there for me every step of the way to provide his expert guidance.

Outstanding Realtor!! Joe at ReMax Way gets the job done. In a challenging market our house was listed and had an offer within 48 hours.
Joe’s advice on the market price and what to fix and what not to fix on the house before putting it on the market paid off big time. Each one of his recommendations had a high return on investment that in turn maximized the selling price of the house. Joe handled coordinating all of the vendors from Painting, Flooring, & and appliances. He had contacts for packing up boxes and shipping. He was really a one stop shop for the sales transaction on this house.

We recently purchased our second home with the help of Joe, Maryann and their Re/Max team. They also helped with the sale of our first home in Hyde Park. Can't recommend their service enough. They were extremely accommodating to our erratic schedule and facilitated multiple home tours at late hours frequently with short notice. They were very responsive to communication and have multiple quality connections to others to prep home for sale and inspect new homes. Have heard others speak with skepticism about the quality or motivation of their realtors but that was never a concern for us when working with Joe and his team. Can't recommend highly enough!

Joe and his team were amazing through the entire process. My fiancé and I are grateful for all of the help they provided! I can't express how happy we are with the Watson Team. We came to them after working with a realtor who was less familiar with this area, and we were so impressed with how well Joe & MaryAnn know our area. We were getting in to see houses before the open houses even took place, and Joe has incredible knowledge of home improvement/construction and could point out things on tours we would only expect to find with an inspection.
