I recently bought boots that didn’t fit quite right. I had used them for a couple days hoping they would break in but they didn’t. I was really stressing about what I could do at this point. I went back to the store hoping for some help but wasn’t expecting they could do much for me. The staff was wonderful and very understanding, they provided new boots for me that fit awesome!! Thank you for turning a stressful situation in to a positive experience!!! Red wing, Dedham, is the best!!!.

Eric made this an incredible experience. Walked in with an idea in mind, and he guided me towards an option that would actually fit my needs better. Boots were at my door next day and I couldn't be happier with them.

I called the Dedham store because I work in Norwood. I inquired about a specific style in my size. The girl who answered the phone informed me that they were out of stock then proceeded to check inventory of other locations. Unfortunately no luck.
I told her I had a purchase voucher from work that was date sensitive. She said I could come in and still purchase and use the voucher.
When I arrived at the store, a very nice young man named Eric greeted me and welcomed me in. I explained I had already spoken to someone on the phone.
Then a young lady came out from the back and greeted me. Her name is Lauralye Akerman (who happens to be the store manager).
As soon as I said hello she knew why I was there and proceeded to order the specific shoes I requested. Voucher redeemed before the expiration date.
Both Lauralye and Eric are very personable and professional.
I would recommend the Dedham store to anyone who appreciates GREAT customer service.

Very helpful staff. I was taking boots back to Scotland August 2023 as a gift for my son. The very polite and friendly gentleman made sure that I had exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Came in just before closing at the Dedham mass location, like five minutes before closing and the gentleman working was very understanding he looked at my boots and saw how broken down and bad they were and he still took the time to measure my feet and get me into the right boots.

Went in today (Black Friday) and was helped by Eric. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products he was personable and identified my needs almost immediately. He put me in a pair of boots with custom supports and they have been the most comfortable and supportive boots I’ve owned.

I purchased the boa red wings for 269.00 the stitching ripped out behind the head area 6 months after purchase , visited redwing store to see what kind of warranty I had .. was informed they could send out to replace stitching area , which at this point I was left bootless . I purchased another pair for 269.00 while the 6 month old ones were getting repaired. I have been a red wing guy since I was a kid my father wears red wings. I’m a local 12 plumber in Boston and I was in shock from the response I got at red wing. Employee stated people think we warranty every pair will full replacement. I told employee if I have an issue with this new pair I probably won’t buy red wings ever again. I usually promote red wing to others , with all that’s happening makes me think I shouldn’t. Hoping to stay a life long customer, hopefully red wings don’t keep falling apart and lose the reputation they’ve had. Sad day In my hopes red wing can keep being the best work boot on the market .
