I had the pleasure of working with Salon Capri in Dedham for my bridal party hair. I cannot recommend them enough, from the ease of booking, the great location, friendly and quality service, to the fun environment in the salon. I got to do a bridal hair trial a couple of months before the big day with Zoe and it was a lot of fun. She helped tremendously with deciding how I wanted my hair to look and sharing great tips and insights. Everyone in the salon was so nice and friendly, it made the morning of my wedding such fun! They took care of us making sure to offer drinks and allowing us to have some snacks and be loud. It was great to have multiple stylists working at a time to speed up the whole process and everyone got to choose the hairstyles they wanted. With affordable pricing and a range of talented, experienced artists, it is an excellent place to consider for personal or group hair needs!

I will forever keep coming here. I had Sydney and she was great. She was kind and knowledgeable. I haven't been to a hair salon in 7+ years and once I had a kid, my hair just got crazy. Sydney helped me feel beautiful again. I've had so many compliments on my hair and I feel like 100 bucks. Such a confidence boost walking out of there. Thank you Sydney! and thank you Salon Capri!! <3

I’ve been going to Montana at the Dedham location for 6 months and it has been the best salon experience I’ve ever had! For reference I have my roots done and a trim with layers refreshed about every 5 weeks. Montana is so invested in collaborating to help you decide the best color and cut for you and she stands by her work. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to talk with, I highly recommend booking with her.

Don't come here unless you want a high end SuperCuts experience. Very quick and half fast. I've been here 3x and saw 3 different stylist and got the same results. All haircuts were done in like 10mins.

I heard great reviews about this place from a friend (who is no longer a friend after this referral.. i think)
Unfortunately when I went for the first time, it was the opposite from my friends experience. Maybe she a lighter skin tone.The energy was dark and my stylist was not accomdating. She was not smiling nor did I feel any excitement from her. I looked around the room and it was apparent everyone seems miserable or unhelpful. My stylist did not provide clear instructions while dying my hair and left me staring at the mirror until my contacts dried out. I could have read a book or used my phone. It was a dark and expensive vibe. Luckily for my stylist, I tip 20% because I know its tough world. $500 down the drain. please be nice to the next customer if not me.
I could have went to a barbershop for a fraction of the cost and while having amazing customer service 100%.

I am a 59 year old mans man. I grew up with beautiful dark Auburn hair. Believe it a not my hair one was of my greatest attributes. But unfortunately red heads loose color faster than most. Me included. However a tough color to match. I had an appointment Saturday with a young beautiful woman inside and out with a colorist Named Katlin. .Being a first time customer Katlin could not have been more patient with me working my color three times until I was completely happy with little concern for her next client but my happiness. I left Salon Capri. Ecstatic and over joyed because of Katlin’s dedication and commitment to making me happy. Katlin is a beautiful woman and rockstar colorist. Thank you Gina for such a wonderful hire and salon. By the way, you are an incredible our interpreter. I’m sure your husband is looking down from heaven and couldn’t be any prior idea. I love this salon. I've been going to Salon Capri in Dedham for at least 6 years. Samantha L is a master at color and cutting. I get so many complements on my hair. The best is that my hair looks good air dried because the color and cut is fab. Sam is loyal and dependable, especially when dressing for special occasions. On the few times when I had to reschedule my appointment and Samantha wasn't available, I have had other stylists, who were very capable. As for customer service, the front desk receptionists are very nice. My daughter sees Amanda and is just as satisfied with her service and the salon as I am with Samantha.

This place reminds me of Supercuts, like a high end supercuts. I had a haircut with Jamie Lynn and it was so quick there was no way it came out nice. Basic and choppy.Service: Haircut
