Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Was able to order by phone (thank you Matt!) before I arrived at my new location. I was able to specify the delivery date. It came as planned, and setup was fast. The bed is amazing. The best sleep I have had in a long while. So happy I picked a Sleep Number bed and the Dedham, MA location.

After sleeping on a Select Comfort king bed for 29 years, it was only logical for our first stop for a replacement to be the Sleep Number store in nearby Dedham. After meeting Matt and having him show us several options, we settled on a P6 split king with adj. base. Matt is a top notch ambassador for Sleep Number. His style is perfect! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and not pushy in any way. He let us move at our own pace asking good questions and offering good suggestions. After our first visit, we had time to reflect and think things thru as we were spending more money than we had anticipated. On our second visit, Matt spent more quality time with us explaining things further giving us confidence in our choice. The Consumer Reports 84 rating for the P6 and the comparison price for another brand of adjustable bed helped confirm our choice. We are anxiously waiting delivery in a week and anticipating many wonderful nights happily sleeping on our bed.

I have purchased two beds and two adjustable bases from this store, spending near $20k. This latest order and delivery was a less than pleasant experience. I received an emailed quote for a new base and called three days later to order and was told that quote was no good, the bases never go on sale, not sure what happened. After going back and forth, low and behold they find another sale (thought these didn’t go on sale…) but it’s not as good as the one I got emailed to me. Fine, place the order and three weeks later the bed is delivered but it doesn’t work. Seems the store failed to setup my profile and customer service says it could be ten days for that to happen. Why in the world does it take 10 days to add a bed to a profile! And why didn’t the store do this before hand? Like the beds, but this store has failed me and can not recommend them to anyone else for as much as we pay for these beds. Support for this issue has been lackluster at best and still not fixed.

Just can’t say enough about the customer service of the sleep number store in Dedham and specifically Matt, the manager and Janis the sales associate. I ordered a new mattress for a home in Nantucket. I was initially concerned with getting it there, but all went seamlessly! A wonderful experience start til finish! Highly recommend to everyone.

Janis Martin was absolutely amazing! She was the only one in the store, yet still managed to help with everything — even catching a mistake in my previous order and fixing it right away. 🙌
The product itself is fantastic, but what really made the experience stand out was Janis’s dedication, patience, and above-and-beyond customer service.
If you’re looking for both a great product and truly exceptional service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Walked in and I was ready to do business. Today was the day as they say. I was extremely pleased at all levels of customer service. I opted for the i8 and I haven’t looked back. Shoulder pain is gone. Sleep levels have balanced. Thanks again!!!!!!!

Me and my wife had a great experience at this location. The employees here were personable and very knowledgeable and you're made feeling at home right away. Our delivery went off without a hitch and everything arrived in great condition. We also got a follow up from the manager at the store to make sure everything was going well which goes a long way because people don't do that anymore. We definitely would recommend coming here if you're looking for a sleep number bed. I've had much better sleep in the past week and waking up late for work proves that which I never do haha!
