I came in to drop off my ups return package. I got a receipt showing I did this. In the matter of hours - staples & Up delivery/pick up person lost my package. I literally have proof of the drop off and now I owe almost $500.00 because of their carelessness. I will never visit this location and I would never use them to ship anything. I called Staples and they couldn't do anything to help me/ they also sounded like they didnt care whatsoever. Just a useless service that offers absolutely NO guarantee that they will actually get your package out safely.

Same day pickup and ordering from the web totally eliminates wasted time "Looking" for something. When you get to the store, there is a dedicated line for the web orders and I was done in 2 minutes!

Quick trip to Staples.
I was the only customer in line.
The cashier was assisting a customer.
Another associate noticed that it might not be a quick transaction and opened up a second register to assist me.
Bravo!

I was told at a print center they could not print any pictures besides 5x9, and if i wanted to print out 1 5x9 photos i would have to wait until next day.

Staples corporation in general have been hiring some of the worst employees! Where is the work ethic and manners these days? The cashier and the managers at this location did not even care to be helpful, even the bare minimum was too much for them to handle. There was one particular employee who was very kind and helpful and it's so sad that he likely doesn't get any recognition for the work that he does.

It's annoying that as an older person people in print shop can't help with tech issues and then speak to you like you're stupid.

Blown away by the inability of staff to communicate process for UPS/Smile returns. Literally was given the silent treatment for 5 minutes as I asked if there was an expedited way to proceed with a prepaid drop off. I’ve never left a store before in the basis of having staff literally be non-responsive.

Great Quality and Service at the Dedham Staples Twice a year I make a book of my students' writing for them and their parents. I use the print services at the Dedham, MA Staples to print and bind the books. They have always come out fantastic and on time. This year I was running behind schedule and needed the books to be printed as soon as possible to be ready for my students' end of year reading. They were able to expedite my order and get it done on time. The staff is always professional and courteous. I so appreciate the high quality print jobs. I feel they went above and beyond to help me get my order done on time. I recommend this store for all printing services. Like Share
