An actual idiot must be running the store today. We waited 11 minutes for the person in front of us to get 1 iced coffee. We ordered a toasted chocolate croissant online and before handing us the cold croissant still in its package she tried giving us someone else’s order. Either girlie needs more employees or needs a GED <3

Walked in, 6 people behind counter, no one acknowledged me, waited for 3 mins at register with people right in front of me and no one even looked at me. Then a white man walked up and got served right away. Outrageous. Cashier was rushing out and didn’t want to serve me.

Only reason this isn’t a 1 star is Starbucks is awesome. This location however I get to the window say thank you as I’m handed my drink and the only interaction the server gave me was a dirty look. No “thank you”. No “have a nice a day”. Nothing. Terrible service and the look was disgusting. If you manage/own this branch get rid of the workers that don’t want to deal with people.

Received excellent customer service through the drive thru from Chris. He was friendly, postive and professional. His happiness is such a refreshing experience. He truly is spreading kindness through this interaction with customers. I hope he gets recognitized in some way.

If you are closed you should say something instead of looking at me and ignoring me and walking away the whole night shift needs to be fired because customer service is not this Starbucks

Service is consistently slow. Payment methods often down, drive through lane poorly organized, order is wrong or not made correctly 80% of time.

This is one of my favorite spots stop before my day work starts - Service is quite fast but can get a bit slow when it is pick time. Young staff are friendly and warm. Don't quite understand why negative reviews are posted, specially when some people are quite rude and impatient when they come here. Wouldn't be nice to support more local businesses instead of bashing them....

I've been a daily Starbucks customer for 20 plus years. The Dedham Mall location on Route 1 is the worst run location that I've ever been to. I go there a couple of times per week for convenience, hoping that my order won't be screwed up ,and that I won't have to deal with the miserable staff. They are truly the worst.

This is the slowest Starbucks around. Super disorganized and moody baristas. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry at all.

All types of the egg bites are delicious the refreshers are incredible, Starbucks has a little bit of everything like if you have a kid you could get them a cake pop and a water. The service is good for the most part and the only thing that really messes up the service is that sometimes they may get your name wrong. The ambiance is very good at every location.

The employees were to high to function. Waited over 15 minutes with one car ahead (who received only 2 drinks). No cars behind us and no customers inside. The three employees working appeared dirty and were texting. When we finally approached the window I asked how long the beverages would take and they replied a long time because they were very slow.
