I had a broken window just being fixed by Stuart Glass Inc. Lana was a great help and very patient as I need this to be done at my site because the window is heavy plus it is stucked and I couldn't take it off. They showed up fast and come to fix it fast too. They also priced honestly. Lana is super kindly, friendly and professional. I am very happy with their service. Thumb up.

This is my second time using Stuart Glass. Lana (office manager) is a gem and the crew who did my installation were professional, courteous, and craftsmanship was excellent. They installed a glass door for my master bathroom and enclosed a bedroom/office with glass. The responsiveness for scheduling and obtaining a quote is a 4/5, but I didn't let that affect the overall rating. I'll use them again in the future and I already made referrals.

I had a great experience at first - they were very responsive and gave me a detailed quote with several options for my project. We got up to the point of placing the order, and there was an issue with my credit card. Then the person I had spoken to several times so far, over phone and email, suddenly stopped communicating. I offered to pay by another method, and asked if they could try running the card again, and no response. My calls also went unanswered - I was given no way to get through or to leave a message. I don't think this is an appropriate way to treat any customer, even if their card is having a temporary problem. I ended up having to take my business elsewhere, after spending several days trying to get in touch with no success. Very disappointed.

Wonderful glass repair company. Lana went way out of her way to repair a vintage front door beveled glass broken by a tenant and to recreate the historic moldings. Hector who did the install was also great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that go out of their way to work with you.Would never use any other company for any glass needs!

Needed to have some window panes replaced in our 1950's casement windows on an upper floor. A difficult task made harder by the cold weather. The workmen did a great job and were super pleasant.

I have used Stuart Glass more than once and was very satisfied with the work they have done. First time they serviced a window in my apartment - changed broken glass. When i learned that they do shower doors as well i requested a quote from them and then had them install the shower glass. Took all in all about 1.5 weeks and went smooth. My shower glass looks great!

The guys out of the trucks are pretty helpful but the office is getting better. I tried to order some products they mentioned they would get back to me and never did. They might take a bit to get through but You can’t leave a message on their phone because the mail box is full. If you stop by in person they are much more helpful.
