i have been driving with no heat in my tesla for months because a different tesla dealer took my car in and gave it back with no heat. Now this place has pushed my appointment back twice , weeks and weeks at a time, and the most recent time they literally waited until i showed up after i took time off from work, and drove all the way up there to tell me that they still didn't have the part for my car. They do nothing about giving me a rental car even though it's been 2 months of driving in 20 degree new england weather. Unacceptable for a multi million dollar company like tesla

To Tesla management: please do a better job at hiring/training employees here. Customer Experience below the bar compared to other Tesla dealerships. Came here for service. Noticed on the tesla app that was the only location with many openings (and now I understand why...).Messaging on the app was sloppy.. Asked very specific questions about cost of repair (brakes..). Did not get back an answer.I was asked to wait 5 min while getting a loaner.. After 30min I went back to desk to ask for updates: they forgot about the loaner! LOL.Charing the car while at service? Not here...lolCharging your Credit Card with ~10% than other locations for diagnostic ($105 vs $95)? Here for sure!Hopefully last time in this location!

Elon is insane. Panel gaps are too inconsistent, severe can take months for any body damage due to inaccessible parts.

First time bringing in my car to a service center, and it was a seamless experience. The gentleman who helped me out was really nice and got me in and out with a loaner within 10-15 minutes. Car was fixed on time.

Tesla needs a service center in NH.The worst part of owning a tesla is the service side.Poor customer service. nobody wants to help you and they push everything to the app.Always gives a quote before they even know what the problem is. Extremely frustrating process. They also have been getting stricter with mobile service. Telling me- they can't perform that with mobile service. Then I find out, it could have been done via a mobile service appointment. The technician also broke my glass roof when he took off my roof rack.

I really want to like owning my Tesla, but honestly the customer service of this organization is beyond horrible. They do not care about their customers at all. They never answer the phone, everything is driven through the app and they do not even respond to that. At this point, I can honestly say I have no interest in ever recommending anyone to purchase a Tesla. Find a better option, at this point there are many....The facts behind the complaint. We brought our Model Y in for a new tire. They replaced the tire gave us the car back and sent us on our way. Unfortunately, when we arrived at work and went to plug the car in we discovered that someone at the dealership had hit a pole and destroyed the driver's side rear quarter panel. We reached out via the app, because they do not answer the phone.... The good thing is that the quickly took ownership of the mistake and made arrangements for getting it repaired. Ok fine.We went to drop the car off at the designated time only to be told that they had no idea what we were talking about. After a series of conversations they gave us a loaner and told us that the body shop was expecting our car to for repair. That was a bit shocking since nobody at the dealership had any idea we were dropping it off for repair. At this point, we are almost THREE months out from dropping the car off and still do not have our car back. Since we can see the location on our app, we can see that it has sat in the back lot of the body shop for MONTHS never moving or being brought into the shop at all. At least until two days ago.... seriously?Every other week we inquire via the app, because again that is the only way to communicate with them. We get the standard run around like "your customer service representative with call you with an update". That NEVER happens. Then we get an update on the app that he car's estimated delivery has been moved out.... every week it gets moved out. That is bad enough, but we still have not received a single phone call about it.All in all, this is the most unacceptable scenario I can think of for customer service. They do the damage, they forget to prepare for us, then keep pushing out the delivery date without the courtesy of a phone call. They hide behind technology and do not care about their customers at all.All in all, HORRIBLE company and HORRIBLE customer services.

This Tesla service center might as well be run entirely by AI. Because the humans (technicians and service reps) barely serve any purpose. Took my car in for wheel balancing once as it was vibrating above 50mph. They couldn’t detect the problem and brought me into the work area to explain that wheels appeared balanced. As I was in the work area, I detected two dents in the rim. They went “Oh!”. Then I had to take it to a 3rd party rim repair place to fix it. “Detect and fix your own problems service center”.Made the mistake of taking my car in for a second time to diagnose a groan in the suspension upon turning the steering wheel. After 8 hours, I got back the car exactly the way I found it, zero resolution. App said “resolved”. The service rep Ramon tried to reschedule me a month afterwards, citing that the tech couldn’t reproduce the problem. Anyone with a functioning ear could have reproduced it, so I’m guessing they didn’t even try.At least AI would acknowledge its shortcomings and give a polite apology in much less time.

This is a review for the Tesla Supercharger here - as this Yelp listing currently combines the dealership and charging station together. On the surface this should be an excellent supercharger: up to 12 outlets and a convenient location along Route 1 just north of 128. Unfortunately it's associated with a Tesla dealership, which means most, if not all, of the outlets will be clogged with dealership vehicles during normal business hours. Result: a line of folks waiting to charge up. Pricing was $0.44/kWh when I stopped by, which for a Model 3 at current gas prices is the equivalent of 34 miles per gallon. This isn't competitive with residential electricity prices of about $0.15/kWh where I live, but, if available, the convenience factor is there: super-fast charging near a big mall and major highway exit.Note that there is no shade and no cover from the elements as the chargers are fully exposed, in front of the Tesla dealership along the road. The saving grace: a Whole Foods, plus many other stores, at Legacy Place a short walk away.

Extremely unprofessional and inflexible. Overall, the MYLR I own is a very good car. Nice to drive and the overall experience is good. Until it's time to service, that is.The little things that break this car are very annoying. But the service is what will be the undoing of Tesla brand. My MYLR has less than 6000 miles on it. The passenger reclining switch broke off, so I scheduled a replacement appointment the next day. When I brought my car, the tech who accepted it, told me that I am lucky they had exactly 1 replacement part in stock. She provided an uber credit and I was on my way. When it was time to pick up my car, I was told that the part was installed to someone else, and I now have to wait 2 more weeks for the replacement to arrive. Now, 1 day prior to my appointment, the tech on the message refuses to provide an uber credit stating they only provide uber when the repair takes more than 2.5 hours. She said in my case it will take 2.5 hours or less. Last time when they just discovered that my part went to someone else, it took them 3 hours or more. When I brought this up, she said it's 2.5 hours or less, so take it or leave it.I live nearby so the uber would be less than $50 both ways. Not sure if bad customer experience was worth those $50. But here you go.

I recently lost my charging adapter, so I called Tesla in Dedham and they said I can come in anytime to purchase one. I drive over today to purchase the adaptor and walk into the showroom. There are 2 people being helped before me. This took about 25-30 min until another salesperson from the back came to help. When I asked if I could purchase a charging adaptor, she informed me she is only a salesperson and unable to sell me the adaptor since the parts department is closed on Sundays. I explained this is an urgent matter but said she would be unable to help. This was NOT explained to me on the original phone call and the salesperson was dismissive and not at all helpful.

Love the brand. Some staff need to be more friendly and communicate more with the clients. I understand that they are very busy and have a lot of deliveries in 1 day. They had 60 on my delivery date, but I had a problem with my acceptance of delivery. It got stuck on the system. The girl who took care of me wasn't that friendly and seemed she didn't care about what was happening with my delivery. Turns out, she was taking care of it, but wasn't communicating with me, even if I asked questions, to the point I got very frustrated and was on the phone with Tesla customer service to make a formal complaint.Tesla, communication is the key to everything. Make sure your staff give quick updates to the clients waiting and half of the frustration of being in a busy place waiting for something will be gone.Still 5 stars to the company!!!

Worst service for my first Tesla dealership experience , highly recommend not being black, to get the best service possible from this location. Makes you not want a Tesla anymore, if this is the type of service they give loyal customers.

I've heard about issues with paperwork/delivery at this location, but so far they've been pretty good. It does seem like either they're understaffed, undertrained, or just plain out disorganized BUT my experience has been good so far. Will update once the delivery day goes by! So far A+++

Picked up my Tesla Model 3 today and it was eventful! With multiple communications errors from our insurance company, we spent 4 hours at this location. The whole time the staff was incredible. Always checking in to make sure we were on the right track with our clueless insurance and making the whole experience worthwhile.Chris and another employee, I wish I remembered her name, were our main points of contact. Chris went above and beyond to check in and do everything he could to get us out of there with our car. While Chris was doing our paperwork, the other employee made sure we felt comfortable as we were the last ones in the place. Not to mention all of this was way past closing time!! We are extremely grateful for the help and true care these individuals showed us. Made the nearly 2 hour drive back home much easier in our new car! Thank you!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Made an appointment for a time, showed up 30 min early, was told it would be ready at the time I had. Then proceeded to wait there for 3 more hours. Staff kept saying “a few more minutes” and then snapped at me when I asked for the third time in 2 hours. Staff just kept telling people that they were selling 60+ cars that day - as if that was an excuse for running 3 hours behind an appointment time. When I finally got the car, it was near dead. Barely charged. No walk through of any features. Just “here you go” and on to the next person that was 2+ hours behind. If you are buying a Tesla, go anywhere else.
