Really disappointed with this paper store. I made an online order for pick up and almost 5 hours after the store opening the next day, it was cancelled by them. I was really looking forward to the item I purchased. I’d advise you not to order items for pick up because they clearly do not look at the order until hours after opening therefore letting the people in store, buy the item in stock that you ordered. It’s really unfortunate and I’ll think twice before doing this again. I got my hopes up for nothing.

Today, I called the Dedham store to request to reprint a receipt that was not given at the time of the transaction. Denise answered the phone and she was so helpful and understanding. She researched for a while and she called me back when she was able to reprint the receipt. I was very impressed with her commitment to help me. A total different experience from my bad experience on Saturday with the store manager.

They sell arts and crafts supplies, playing cards, templates, stationery and more. Excellent for children.

This review is for the CANTON MA store Do yourself a favor !!!! Stay away !!!Purchased an Alex & ani rings which broke in 4 weeks ! Have tons of Alex & ani jewelry ! Alex and ani completely back their product !! Not the paper store !!! Rude Mgr , no support. No help ! All I was looking for was an exchange! Bad bad customer service ! Alex & ani not sure why you would have a company represent your lovely product line ! Makes you look really bad ! Would never buy anything in that store again !

Worker are extremely rude and racist. They follow my children everywhere they went. Store is great but their staff needs more customer service training and diversity training.

I don't know how they do it, but every employee is polite and welcoming. They offer help when you enter, but they are not annoyingly intrusive. They set a high bar for all retail shops. The merchandise is well-priced and varied. I can usually find something here. A-plus for customer service which is so rare these days!!

Workers are rude and salty. They strongly dislike younger people for no reason. They accused my poor daughter of stealing. Do not visit it’s horrible and a hot mess.

Somewhat pricy, but don’t let that stop you from checking the store out. If you are looking for something “different for yourself or a special gift for someone, you definitely need to shop here.
