The space is great and better looking than other locations, with nice wide aisles that are easy to walk around. The selection is overwhelming at times, which means they have about everything, including items not available elsewhere. They offer great prices and plenty of things to try in store, with free weekly tastings. The store holds educational classes, interesting events, and wine tasting classes. Helpful staff and several shelf stockers walk the floor to assist customers. The workers are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and familiar with their inventory, providing outstanding customer service. They offer alcohol delivery and curbside pickup. The only negative mentioned is that the location is a bit awkward, as navigating the access from the main road can be troubling.
