I went to uBreakiFix on Washington St. Dedham with a cell phone that wasn't charging. The man took the protective cover off and cleaned the dust out of the charge plug with a pair of tweezers. It took him about 10 min.Cost? It was on the house. He was a good guy.

I have stopped by UbreakiFix in Dedham recently, and also a year ago to support me with my phone. The people working were friendly and helped me quickly both times. I appreciate them!

Both my phone and back up phone were not usable. The screen on one was badly cracked and the battery on the other would not hold a charge. Patrick was so nice to fix both phones within 2 hours of drop off. Patrick was professional and polite. I am very thankful!!!!

I had brought my console in for a cleaning and the guy at the front desk named Patrick was so rude and was giving me an attitude giving smart remarks. Once I got my conoslobackIt was pretty much in the same condition I gave it to him in. Wouldn’t recommend.

I've been to this location in the past and had a great experience, but today I had the misfortune of dealing with Patrick. It was clear as soon as he came to the front desk that he had no interest in being there or helping anyone.I started telling him what was wrong and why I was there and he immediately started interrupting me and told me that he couldn't help me, and even if he could that they would have to send off my screen to Google to get it diagnosed and it would take weeks (!?!?!) to get it back. When I asked him about just paying to fix it he told me he couldn't do that.Patrick is the rudest customer service person I've ever had the misfortune to speak with and I have no idea why he would want or be given a job where he has to speak to the public.After this horrible experience I visited the store in Cambridge ( an extra hour round trip for me) and spoke with Will, who was one of the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful people I've ever me, and who diagnosed the faulty screen by actually hooking it up to their diagnostic computer, and offered to fix the screen the same day.

Came in for the first time and never again!! Had an appointment, that didn’t matter. Waited in line, guy was super rude, he said hi to everyone but me. I even said hi and I got no response. I felt like I was an inconvenience being there. I made the appointment through Samsungs site. Guy informed me that that the part I needed was reserved for someone else and that they tried to text/call and email me asking prior to my appointment. Which was a lie because I didn’t get any message or email at all. He told me it probably went to spam. Showed him it not in my spam I literally did not get it at all! I drove over 30 min to this location. Being the first available appointment to be treated so poorly. And that they don’t have any parts to fix my phone and that there is a shortage everywhere. Which is okay, but if you treated me like a normal customer and werent so rude in the beginning I probably would have been okay. I called Samsung back to get a shipping label and they told me they can’t issue me a shipping label because this store still has me under a claim! For what? They didn’t do anything at all for me. Like I said the guy was super super rude. The guy didn’t even wanna hear it. Oh well.Never will come back here. I rather ship my stuff off or go to geek squad.

my phone's charging port got damaged and kept giving me a moisture warning glitch that prevented me from charging it. went here as they were also an authorized samsung fixer, and fixed it for $100 and were very efficient. they seemed very knowledgeable about their tech and also let me go the cheapest route when fixing my phone so i wasnt paying for unnecessary things. i actually went to best buy before this and they were a bunch of dumbos and also quoted me $700 to fix the same issue, refused to run diagnostics for me, and also tried scamming me into buying a new phone. this place was wayyyyy better than what i experienced w the geek squad and havent had problems w the phone since.

They will ask you to schedule an appointment. Then once you show up they will tell you that it comes first serve. That means there is absolutely no reason for making an appointment because they will definitely not get to your phone. They also overcharge, Google and Apple themselves will actually fix your phone cheaper than they will.

I had a good experience with ubreakifix in Dedham,MA The glass over one of the lenses on my wife's new Pixel spontaneously cracked. This was under warranty and ubreakifix did what was necessary to correct the problem. The repair person was courteous, helpful,and considerate of my time.

My Galaxy A53 5G mobile (which is under warranty) has charging issues, I went to visit this store by scheduling an appointment through Samsung support(which is their official repair partner), and after going there as soon as the store person came to know that the mobile is under warranty, he told me that we don't have any way to prove the purchase date (which is blatant lie cause with help of IMEI she can get all the details) he said we are not the authorized repair partner of Samsung and also we don't have the parts for the device, hence we won't be able to repair your device. Such a worst experience, I will not recommend this store for the repairs if you have the warranty, cause they are there to just make money and not help the customers. Samsung should break the partnership with uBreakiFix, cause clearly they don't value Samsung customers.

My iPad was no longer charging because a part on the charging cord was stuck in the iPad. I took in to the apple Genius Bar who could not fixed and would not send it out for repair given my iPad's age. Gentleman at Dedham store looked at and was able to successfully clear my iPad charging port so it could charge again - great work and fast - Thank you !

The technician Patrick H. with the patience of a saint, deserves all the phone fixing and costumer service credit in the world. This man knows what the business is and handles it with absolute grace and dignity. Thank you for reassuring my confidence in humanity. Grade A and nothing less, take it from me. : )
