I hardly leave reviews for any store but I needed to put this out there so that Vineyard Vines take notice of their Legacy Place store staff. I went into this store enthusiastically as I was moving out of MA and wanted to get myself a nice tshirt to remember all the good memories I had here. Unfortunately I found the staff extremely rascist and rude. The manager/sales lady was constantly following me around and would not let me check out the stuff. I also noticed she was extremely rude and condescending to her cashier who was also poc. Extremely disappointed!

While I love Vineyard Vines, buyer BEWARE!!! For the second time in 6 months, I have placed orders, once online, once in the store...both times my debit card has been charged 3 times!!! If I hadn't looked at my bank statement, I would have never known! The first time it happened, the bank recommended that they replace my debit card which took several days. After speaking with a representative who really couldn't do much, a supervisor finally rectified the situation though my money was not credited back to my account for 5 days. It has now happened again!!! I spoke to a representative who said the charges would be reversed but it would take 3 -5 business days. I asked to speak with a supervisor whom he said would call me back in 5 minutes...never happened! I called again this morning and finally spoke with a supervisor who basically blamed it on my bank (even though she said she wasn't trying to do that). Even though she was apologetic, I found her to be very patronizing. I don't have my money back yet...we will see how long it takes this time. This has never happened with any other store, so I believe it is an issue with Vineyard Vines. Not sure I want to shop here again...not worth the aggravation!

Bad customer service, they just don't care. I specifically called ahead and asked to have items ready for purchase. Easy transaction and commission for them. Nothing happened.

Gorgeous clothing, but awful customer service. We didn't receive any assistance and the staff didn't even acknowledge my boyfriend and I the entire time we were in the store.

Im Hispanic and I Feel very uncomfortable they keep asking if i needed any help and looking at me Weird too bad!! I wanted to buy few t-shirts for Father's day but I went to LLBEAN and they treat me Excellent I spent $956.49 very very happy with my purchases!
