They charge more than the prices they put on the shelf and say it's an outdated price and they don't have time to update them. Dishonest or lazy? Either way I won't ever go back.

Whether it be Matt, Joe, Rick, or any other of the carquest guys they are all helpful. Also the accountants are very nice and always happy to assist with any concerns. Best parts store in the pioneer valley and other areas I’m sure!

Prices Suck,too high priced for cheaply made parts, got an altenator to replace my bad altenator and it ended up being defective, got another one as replacement, and still not running properly. One star - i do not think they have reliable parts.
