Hey South Deerfield Mass UPS, why not throw things down on to cement, so much easier then being gentle, never know could be glass in it to brighten your day. Wish google would let me upload mp4's, you can even hear the bottle shatter on the security cam video!

Update: I drove to the ware house and one of the workers was able to look up the previous days rout and figure out where it went. So I increased the stars. But the following is still trueI have had several packages delivered to the wrong address or I would just get a letter at my front door saying they missed me and then my package would go into limbo. I have to tell people not to send through ups in the south deerfield location because they have messed up multiple times.UPS this is not my front door.

If I could give a negative star I would.I worked the 5AM-9AM with this department of @UPS for a short 3-4 weeks.Supervisors do not train, communicate, or monitor employees. If you don’t get all packages (for the 3-5 trucks we load per person) off the conveyor belt and they have to back around Supervisor, aka Rick yell at you about getting them all.I had 6 - 40lb packages going to my Athol delivery truck & I stopped the belt.When asked who turned it off I said “Me, I have 5 trucks and heavy packages”.They just came and turned the belt back on. When asked why it’s a problem either way I do things, they state they want the packages off the belt, they don’t care about how they’re put in the trucks, they stated that “We don’t care about the drivers, they need to do more work”.I was named the BEST pre-loader on shift and I was fired the very next day, after going to a supervisor whom respected and communicated the expectations of trucks to me.Unless some thing is done with the JERKs they have for supervisors , this place would run smoothly! The employees make a great team.

We have lived on North Street (between Pleasant and Conway St) for 30 years yet our packages keep going to 24 North Street in Whately instead of 24 North Street in South Deerfield. I have called and complained so get it right. LOOK AT A MAP. The Majewskis

UPS claimed they delivered a package but clearly dumped it at someone else's door (I live in the country so no porch pirates.) I tried to file a claim online, which they refused to process and told me to call the 800 number, so I called and the automated voice didn't give me an option to speak to a rep, just told me to go online and file a claim.

Besides having a customer service center where English is barely spoken in India, they lie about delivery dates and then lie more when you call.Total garbage company that deserves to go out of business.

I just want to say that Joanie ( Delivery Person for parts of Nortthampton) is a super kind, friendly person. Greets neighbors with a hello, gives the kids a wave--refreshing during Covid, to have a delivery person that likes what they are doing, values meeting and greeting those they deliver too.

Driver arrives 10:30 am. I can literally see the truck outside. Go down stairs to receive package. Driver is speeding away. Leaves a “sorry we missed you!” Sticker on my door. No knock, nothing. Delivery rescheduled for the following Monday, doesn’t arrive until well passed 7 pm (which is supposedly the time it will arrive by. If I ever have the choice (a lot of times I won’t) I will go fedex or post office instead.

I'd give a minus 10 stars if I could. I've had 4 packages sitting in South Deerfield MA, the oldest of which got there June 9th. Every day tracking says they are coming; every day they do not. Contacting a human at UPS is impossible. Finally tweeted @UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE and got a return message that delivery would happen last night. Nope. One of my packages had an icon to 'follow your package'. The truck was shown on google maps in Greenfield, then Bernardston, then Northfield, then by 8:00pm back in S. Deerfield. UPS has since removed the 'follow your package' icon. Every day for weeks is the same thing. Contacted them again asking if I could just drive to S. Deerfield and pick them up. No response. Worst customer service I've ever seen anywhere. UPS simply does not care. I will no longer purchase from anyone who uses #Unreliable Parcel Service. Anyone know how I can get this resolved?

Package supposed to be delivered 6/6/20, it is now 6/24/20 still no package.It has been sitting in South Deerfield, Ma for that long. UPS hiding behind the pandemic as an excuse. I certainly see a couple of days but this is incompetence by UPS.

Sorry to give a bad review. In the past I never had anything to complain about UPS but I'm guessing due to the pandemic the business has been greatly affected. Last month the tracking on my order indicated it was sitting in South Deerfield for almost a week before it was delivered. My current order is now on day three. I hope things get back to normal soon - this pandemic sucks!

"Guaranteed two-day delivery to every address throughout the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico"The word guaranteed actually means something in the real world. Apparently not to UPS though.

I would have given no stars if that were a choice. My package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Every day it is on the truck for delivery but it does not get delivered.
