“I was in an accident on 4/4/24 and was referred to Bay Ridge Auto Body for repairs from a trusted neighbor in the industry. Yesterday, 4/24/24 they called me to tell me the work was complete and I have to say how impressed I am with not only the quality of work, but also the efficiency at which it was completed. The owner and his wife talked me through the entire process. They were familiar with my insurance adjuster and worked directly with him to get the job done swiftly. My car looks and feels brand new, we could not be happier with the outcome. We highly recommend this clean, efficient, friendly business. And, as a bonus they had fresh flowers in the office both times I was there.”
“UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!! My family and I were visiting from out of town for the New Year and my van door came off track! It was New Year's Day. We were scheduled to drive over an hour home that day. I didn't think I would find anyone to help because it was a holiday. I called a few auto-body shops with no luck. Then I called UK Body Work and this angel of a woman, Maria, answered! I explained my situation and she said the shop was closed but that Marcos would come to help me! He showed up to where we were staying, looked at the door, left to get some tools, came back with tools and another worker and put my door back on track so we could drive home safely. What I thought was a bad start to the new year turned out to be a great testimony to the fact that there are still really good people out there. Maria and Marcos, I can't thank you enough. Thank you for helping out a complete stranger in a time of need. Top notch! God bless you always!”

After we unfortunately hit a deer, he got us in quickly, did a high quality repair in a few days (as promised), and when we drove off, we noticed the interior of our car had been spotlessly cleaned!Don did the work for the insurance estimate, and dealt directly with the company for necessary aspects of the repair the assessor had initially missed--I paid only my deductible and not a penny more. So again he's taught me a lot and I'm hearing he does amazing work and if Dennis Police Department takes their cars to get them fixed by him then he's got to know his stuff.”
