I would give zero stars if it was an option. I had an appointment scheduled for 1230 today. I show up 15 minutes early and then at 12:30. I’m told the boss isn’t in and no one can do my nails. They could’ve had the decency to at least call me and let me know! Horrible customer service!! I’m upset too because I’ve heard they were pretty good, but after that, I will not be going back

Very friendly and welcoming staff.
I had a bad experience elsewhere on the Cape and was very pleased with the whole salon. My pedicure and manicure were outstanding!
I highly recommend Brenda’s!

I’ve been coming to Brenda’s for months now and every single person I get is amazing! Everyone does an amazing job and they are all so nice! This last time I went they forgot to massage my feet during my pedicure which was a little upsetting but they were busy so I didn’t want to say anything! Other than that I love coming here!!!

BEWARE! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about this salon as there are better places on Cape. They made me wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, kept answering the phone several times throughout service to book new appointments. On top of that, I was charged $70 for gel polish!!! Never had I ever paid that much for nails. They also don’t accept credit or debit cards, only cash which they did not mention upfront

I just called the salon, bc I wasn't going to leave a review. Sahm here, treated myself to a pedi for 1st x over 1yr
I saw the woman put back a pumice stone after using on me. I noted this bc she threw the trash away but kept that. 2 weeks later my feet have a growth. I have not gone swimming or done anything other than the pedi to have caused this. I got no apology. So I will definitely not be going back for service, just for my money back.

I have been to many nail salons when we are visiting in the cape and have not been impressed until today. I think most places look at out of towners as a one time client. I had a really excellent pedicure with Candida today. It was also SO CLEAN and very reasonably priced -$40 for a Pedicure. I will be back next time we visit (which is often!)

I hate to do this but the reviews seemed good here so I gave it a shot and was thoroughly let down. Came in with bare nails to get a dip manicure. It took an hour and 45 minutes to do them (should be 30 minutes with bare nails) and they lasted 5 days before coming off, typically they last 3 weeks. Called and they replaced them (another 45 minutes spent on this) and these ones lasted 7 days. Don’t waste your money or time

My friend and I have grown up on the Cape. We’ve been to many nail salons in the past. Today we decided to try a new place out and I think I might have found my forever place. I loved the vibes of the employees there, and the salon itself was super clean. Sophia was my technician and she executed my holiday nail inspo so well. I will be going back!

Beautiful, clean, friendly, excellent results at very good prices,every time! Have recently tried other salons closer to my home, but I will drive 30 minutes to go to Brenda's, because they are really great!!

IF I COULD GIVE 100?'S I WOULD. THIS IS THE CLEANEST, FRIENDLIEST NAIL SALON AROUND. MY ENTIRE FAMILY AND I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BRENDA'S FOR MANY YEARS. EXCELLENT STAFF AND THEIR SERVICES ARE OVERLY AMAZING. NO JOB IS TOO BIG FOR THIS NAIL SALON. IT'S SO GREAT THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO POST OUT OF FEAR OF NOT GETTING OUR OWN APPOINTMENTS, HOWEVER, IT'S TOO GOOD TO KEEP TO ONE'S SELF. THEREFORE, ENJOY AND YOU'RE WELCOME! IT'S A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT BRENDA'S NAILS!! ❣??

Just came to get my dip removed but they accepted me as a walk in! Did not rush the removal process and left with nails that looked clean and were not damaged. They file and soak off, then shape and buff your nails for 10$!
