As a past renter on Cape Cod, I have been aware of Martha Murray rentals for a long time. When it came time for me to rent a place for my family, I turned to them. I enjoyed working with them. I called a few times and staff were very responsive. When they did not know the answer to my question, they reached out to the homeowner and got back to me very timely. Since we arrived late to The Cape, they made easy arrangements for me to pick up the keys to the house. A combination lock seems like it might make the process easier but their office was so close to the rental it was not an issue.Dropping off the key was also easy for check out. On the morning of checkout, the garbage was collected at 6 am and we did not have all the trash ready for pick up. We brought the trash with us in the car and they directed us in how to properly dispose of it which I greatly appreciated. This company has been in business for years and is very responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Martha Murray Rentals.

My husband and I vacation in the Dennisport area of the Cape, both in the summer and at various times during the year. The level of service given by their team is amazing!They addressed all questions/precision I had about my upcoming rentals. It is really worth it to rent directly from them, you will get the attention and care you cannot get anywhere else!I have been using their service for years, and surely will for years to come!

My first experience with the team at Martha Murray Real Estate left a lasting impression. They were efficient, communicative, and extremely organized. Their ability to anticipate questions and provide detailed answers was a real stress reliever and allowed me to focus on other matters. In short they were Pleasant and Professional. Martha Murray Real Estate was a great help in renting a place on the Cape. Not only did they send friendly reminders about upcoming payments, but they were very responsive when we had questions about some items at the home.

The rental was spacious and steps from the beach will definitely rent the same property again next year if available We loved our view from our master bedroom and kids had a blast at the go karts.

As always, the best in the business. It is so easy to review rental options, select, pay, arrive and depart. If there’s any concerns, they handle it immediately. The rentals are well maintained too. I would not use anyone else on Cape Cod but Martha Murray Vacation Rentals. Thank you.

Our rental experience with Martha Murray Vacation Rentals was excellent!The staff was very friendly and called to let us know that our rental was ready early.Whenever we've had a problem with the Wifi/grill in the past, someone was over to solve the issue within minutes.I would highly recommend this agency!

Martha Murray is a fantastic agency for your Cape Cod vacation. So easy to work with, very responsive. And biggest surprise, if your property is ready early, they call and tell you!!! For us, it was like winning the lottery. :) I highly recommend!

I love this quaint cape cod cottage! It is a beautiful space for vacation with the most relaxing yard. It has unexpected extra comforts and the best outdoor shower I have experienced on the cape! We cant wait to stay again!
