“I needed 4 of my precious rings( Engagement ring, wedding band, my mom‘s engagement ring, and another precious ring )made larger, so I could take them on and off. They did a phenomenal job. They checked all of the prongs to make sure that my stones were secure .They look like brand new and the price was good. They were also able to save engravings in two of the rings.I would highly recommend them.”
“We had such a great experience at Kay Jewelers in Hyannis! The service was great through and through, and we genuinely loved our experience here. I originally had to come back to have the ring sized, and we ultimately ended up exchanging it for the one my wife really wanted. Everyone was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, walked us through all the steps, answered all of our questions, and made everything extremely easy for us. We’ll definitely be coming back for the regular six-month inspections and cleanings and anything else we need for the ring going forward. Great service, great people, and an overall great experience. “Ordered one of the iconic ball bracelets recently. I paid for overnight shipping but through an honest mistake it was accidentally mailed regular mail (still getting delivered several states away in only 4 days so very impressive!). The store personally called me to apologize for the mix up and to refund me for the shipping costs. It was so kind of them to contact me like that and apologize. It truly made me glad to be supporting a small business that puts so much thought and effort into customer service. I’m sure I’ll be buying more from them!”

“I am singing the praises of LAM Goldsmiths! Len and his assistant Trish are always helpful, professional and will work with you to design your dream piece of jewelry. My mom passed leaving behind some lovely pieces with assorted stones. We worked together to settle on a design using multiple stones in a beautifully delicate white gold ring setting that includes leaves intertwined with the stones. (I am a gardener). Did it take an extended time period? Yes, but it was so worth waiting for, as you wouldn't see a ring like it anywhere! SO many compliments already...
When the initial design wasn't at all what I had tried to explain, they went back to the CAD drawing board, no questions. Their patience with me through the process was very kind. They understand the sentiment behind these heirloom pieces that are left, but sorely need updating! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my gorgeous ring and encourage anyone needing jewelry services of any kind, to stop in to see Len. You will be so pleased you did.
