I booked an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The services I receive at my regular salon uses different wording for a gel manicure as here it is called gel builder. The services I expected were going to take much longer than the time I booked. Despite the confusion I was able to get a dip manicure which came out excellent and my gel pedicure too. Kayleigh was amazing and very gracious. Cindy did a fabulous job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back. Thanks again.

I was treated so rudely at Lushie. I made appointment for a dip manicure and pedicure. I waited a long time for my appointment, they were very behind. When I finally sat down they said they wouldn’t do my dip manicure because I didn’t tell them I had dip on. They told me they only had time for pedicure (even tough I had appoints for both) I have been to many high end nail salons and I have never been refused service because I already had dip on my nails. It was late in the afternoon and the owner and Chelsey were bad mouthing clients. Sadly, it was a very unpleasant experience. I found a very nice salon in South Dennis since. I will never return to Lushie Nails. Buyer beware, tell them what you have on your nails before you go and don’t make afternoon appointments, they run very behind and get very cranky.

Absolutely the worst salon I have ever been to. Tried them twice. Super expensive and my nail shape looked like a spoon. What natural nail looks like that? Had to find someone the next day to fix and reshape. I have to let out of towners to beware.

Went here as a walk in and was pleasantly surprised! Cindy was extremely thorough and did a great job. Lushie has a great location and everything was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be going back! I also really liked her lotion options and the cute candles they sold :)

I’ve recently started going to this nail salon, and I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Kayleigh both times—she’s been absolutely wonderful! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, and they genuinely care about their work, making sure every customer leaves happy. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences here, and they’ve definitely gained a loyal customer in me. If you’re looking for a salon that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend giving them a visit!

I just had a fantastic gel mani, regular pedi combo at Lushie Nails. The prices are fair, the salon is bright and clean, and the quality of my services was top notch. Kaylee was my technician and she had incredible care and attention to detail. My toes and fingers look great! The massage pedicure chairs are high quality too. I will definitely be back.

I tried to surprise my mom with a service. Thought when I entered my card it would be able to pay there was confusion there. My mom didn't have nail smoothing and the paint on the French was not uniform.

I’m very happy with Lushie Nails! My nails were a mess and Cindy is slowly getting them back into great condition. Very clean establishment and appointments run on time.

Scheduled a 2pm shellac manicure. Waited 15 minutes and when I was taken to there was no acknowledgment of the wait. Place was dirty. Upon paying I assumed they would offer a percentage off but nothing. Will not be back.
While I can understand wanting to make money Fourth of July week this place was overbooked and understaffed.

I went to Lushies for my first time today and had Kaleigh I’m not super picky but I’ve had a lot of bad manicures and she did such a phenomenal job I got a dip manicure and if you get dip it can be thick and bumpy and it’s super thin and natural looking and no bumps it’s perfection! I’m super happy! She was also very nice and fun to talk to anytime I’m on the cape I will be back! It was very clean and all the staff seemed very nice!

Came in with a party of three booked and needed to squeeze one more in. The owner said she could but it's not a usual thing for her. Thankfully, she could make it all work. The owner apologized for rushing through because she likes to provide more of a relaxing atmosphere. It's spot on though. The salon overlooks a beautiful waterway with big windows to see it from almost every seat in the place. Lovely banter. Would definitely recommend giving yourself the most time possible here. Wonderful spot. Thank you again!
