I can’t say enough good things about this shop. While I was on vacation on the Cape, my car was in an accident. They towed it right away and safely stored it at their location, which was a huge relief since I was dealing with stress of arranging things after the accident. What really stood out was how helpful and patient they were throughout the entire process—especially when I ran into trouble with AAA trying to get the car towed to my local repair shop. They stayed positive, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to support me during a very stressful time. I’m grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

Great people have had a few repairs there, most recently my 2014 Mustang Convertible that had a stubborn trunk leak. Talked with them with what I thought it was, they knew exactly what it was. Removed and reset the rear spoiler....no more leaks thank goodness. Highly recommend.

Brought my car in after a mystery leak appeared in my passenger footwell - Chris took care of me super quick!! Amazing customer service, answered any and all questions, and made sure I understood what had happened and the next steps to take before I left! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 service, will go again if my car has any problems!

I have used Northside Auto Body many times over the years. Unfortunately, I will be finding a new body shop as I had a bad experience today. I brought my 2 year old, pristine car in for some touch ups from a careless parker banging my door and a scraped mirror. The front desk girl was friendly, looked over the damage and gave me a fair price.
I was horrified when I picked up the car. The paint was not the same color, it was lumpy and looked liked a child had painted the spots.
There was some fast talking about the color being difficult to paint etc. No one told us this before the work was started. They knew we were unhappy and did not charge us. Now I have to go elsewhere to fix this mess. Pictures are after the paint job.
Like I said, I’ve always had perfect service but I wouldn’t trust anything else being done here now.
PS. Next day addition. Paint peeled off when touched. I definitely do not recommend.

Highly recommend!! They got my car there the day after the accident. Kept me informed and up-to-date the whole way through the process. Very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and prompt! Awesome family owned company.

Chris taught me a lot. Had a minor fender bender my fault. And my insurance is telling me one thing and he's telling me the total opposite and I have to believe that he's right he knows the laws inside and out as far as insurance goes and I really don't. So again he's taught me a lot and I'm hearing he does amazing work and if Dennis Police Department takes their cars to get them fixed by him then he's got to know his stuff.

My car had been hit and needed repair. Chris was amazing. Not only does he offer friendly service, but the quality of the work was above and beyond. One of my friends looked at my car after I got it back and thought I had it professionally washed and waxed. It looked that good! Not only was my car repaired perfectly-I mean you couldn't tell it had been scraped as badly as it was-it was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Absolutely wonderful service. Chris gave me the direct line to a wonderful person at Enterprise rental-who also provided me with great service. A wonderful experience from start to finish!
