I called this company for service of our non-working gas fireplace insert. The name of this company is also Breakaway, which is rather confusing. In any case the service man was prompt, did an excellent job, the unit is working as new (t's quite old!) and the price was fair (we are in Wellfleet).

They installed a new heating system in my house last week. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There was a glitch and Mike the plumber was able to correct the problem. We had them install a new water heater but they forgot to install a shutoff valve for the outdoor shower. When we called them about it, they said it wasn't included. All I know is we had a shutoff valve before they showed up but now, it's not their problem. Don't waste your time with these guys.
