Customer service is top notch!! 10/10 recommend going here. They took me and my two friends in right before close and were very nice and took their time and did not rush us out! 😊 very happy

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. It was a total nightmare. All I wanted was one hour to myself to do some self care and it was my biggest regret. I called to ask if they are free and they said they were. After 10 min of waiting, they asked me to sit down and soak my feet in the water. The water was boiling hot and when I told the lady, she turned on the hot water instead of the cold and burned my feet in hot water (twice!). The she proceeded to spend 20 minutes rubbing lotion on my leg with a stone. I nicely explained that im done with that and would like to just have the pedicure, she smiled and proceeded to do the same thing on my other leg. One gentleman tried to remove my gel polish with nail polish remover after I explained its gel. The next gentleman approached me confused and used a nail machine. After telling him nicely that my nail is hurting, he broke my nail off because they didn’t know how to remove gel nail polish. They insulted me and didn’t listen to me when I told them that it’s hurting when he was pulling it off. Now I have a throbbing finger nail that’s sliced in half. No one was able to communicate with me. It was a disaster in every sense of the word. No one knows how to do anything and the lady that took over for everyone else was yelling and screaming in their language the entire time and most definitely talking crap about me which I don’t care about... all I wanted was to have a good experience and instead left so unhappy and regretful. I was definitely overcharged too. I regret tipping them after that experience. Do not go here!!!

Love my nails!! They look exactly how I imagined and the design is great! I love the shape the most, they are thin and clearly took the time with the shaping of my nail! Since they are thin will be less harmful to my nail bed as they grow out and I appreciate this attention to detail! Great customer service as well :)

Hanna and Mario are so kind and did a 10/10 job. I will definitely be going back again. If you ever need a pedicure or manicure, ask for them.

Best pedicure ever, the hot stone massage is amazing. The view overlooking the water is very tranquil and the facility clean. Fast and hospitable service. Will definitely be coming again!!

My nails are smooth like glass!!! Such great attention to detail. Also got a pedicure that was awesome. Love the massage with the hot stones. Highly recommend!

Just don't. Completely ruined my nails... disliked the whole experience. I only went because my normal nail salon was busy and I couldn't wait... big mistake on my part for not being patient. My poor nails have chipped, and the tips broke/cracked so easily.... I usually am good for about a month and a half after I get my nails done (dip) but it felt like I needed to go back almost a week later for repairs with this place (I was to afraid to go back for fixes because I don't think the tops of my nails can be filed down anymore than they already are, without damage to my nail bed), dip is already lifting near the cuticles two weeks after.

Awful service could not get my nails done, came in and immediately was told to go home and wait an hour. Then told to sit down? I left immediately and will not return. Lady had to call other people just to come in and do nails for 2 people. And no one showed up even when she did call .

We were in a bit of a hurry due to an upcoming scheduled activity. They're one of the only places near Hyannis to take walk ins. Definitely less of a modern feel here. Reminds me of the nail shops back home in Brooklyn in the 90's. However, they were really kind nd seemed to be hygienic. We only did pedicures, which were satisfactory. Not my usual nail service, but not too bad. They finished in a flash, as promised, and still squeezed in a hot stone massage.

It seems like no one working here knows what they’re doing. I’m leaving with long toenails, and dead callused skin all over my toes. I wish I had read the other reviews before popping into the first place I drove by.

Only hot rock pedicure massage found on Cape Cod and so fabulous! Huong and staff are the best in the business and really get to know you. I have been going for years and won't go anywhere else. They even made me a Vietnamese coffee!
