I'm completely disgusted with the despicable way they treat us and our mail and deliveries. We had a P. O. box there for close to thirty years, had to give it up and get a mailbox, because they returned everything that came not addressed to the box. And these days you never know which way deliveries will ship. If they were going to start this, they never should have bid for the Amazon deliveries.

Bad bad service!!! Very rude people. Really the people who work there must not be satisfied with the work. They treat people very disrespectfully. This is the worst Post Office on Cape Cod.

Unfortunately i need the post office, we all do. But, go to another one. You will be lucky to get a smile or thank you from an employee there. Ill take my business to the Yarmouth Port Post Office.

Woman at this post office is the absolute worst. Crabby attitude and gets off on being unhelpful. If she hates her job so much do something else. The way she treats some of the elderly customers there is atrocious. With other P.O. in the area with great staff I would avoid this location at all cost.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sent a package back even though my correct address was on it and when questioned why could not answer. Unfriendly and unsympathetic to the problems they cause.

Disorganized and rude staff. I imagine they save their manners for the people they see daily.We had two packages undelivered today and returned to sender because we “had not registered” the address with the post office— it’s a house that is lived in year-round and is only 3 minutes from the post office.A real shame for such a nice town and truly disappointing. No wonder UPS and FedEx are taking over…

Small, older, and typical of the post office store fronts. Nice staff. A little unorganized but the Helpful people were awesome. Wish they had a kiosk for self preparation of packages and the purchase of stamps etc.

Reviewing a Post Office is kind of weird but the staff here is always friendly and they go the extra mile. There are a lot of post offices I can think of where you just don't get that kind of service or courtesy. There are probably 1500 post office boxes but they know just about every one. Mailing and shipping things can be confusing these days but they are always there with the best advice.

Called to ask a question and the woman was rude and snappy. She said they could not look up a receipt, which is a lie 3 other post offices have been able to look up for me. Lazy and rude good luck
