I have been banking with HFCU for a long time- I have financed all my vehicles through them, done several transactions for over 10 years. The banker I previously worked with retired and since then- the customer service has taken a huge hit. Sadly I will have to find a new credit union.

My debit card was hacked, $1000, working with this credit union has been a nightmare. Most banks would put the money back right away and then get themselves reimbursed. Not Hanscom. I can't tell you how many people I've talked to. Still waiting for my money and then changing banks.

I just wanted to write about my experience working with Rhonda when I was looking for a car loan. She was PHENOMINAL. She made the entire process so much better, and less stressful. She was so nice, and really competent, knowing exactly what to do in different scenarios, and helping me try to get the best rate/deal. I highly recommend using Rhonda at Hanscom Federal Credit Union at the Devons branch; she made the car buying experience enjoyable!
