Was craving macaroni and cheese so I went to them. I was served burnt black and hard macaroni and cheese. Horrible. Communication with your customers is key, it's quality over quantity. You don't do that to people.

I had the fried Red Snapper with rice & beans & fried plantains. It was amazing. Dig right in & enjoy this tasty dish. The fish was seasoned to perfection, not greasy, simply delicious.

Very unhappy with this restaurant. I ordered two plates of JUST white rice with sauce on the side. When I called the lady stated the price to be $7 a plate. When I picked it up online, the total was $28 JUST for white rice. Absolutely ridiculous. Although I can understand the language barrier, customers should still not be overcharged!

Great food! The best in town. Parking is always an issue (side streets).

Their dine-in menu is a list of 6 items. It is nothing like what is online. The online menu is a lie. They also have no side dishes except for their version of fried chicken. I was disappointed with the menu, but I was hungry, so I got a fried pork with white rice and black bean sauce. food overall is a 6. Pricing was good.

While Bon Appétit restaurant boasts a longstanding presence, the culinary experience falls short of expectations. The enduring mediocrity in both cuisine and customer service has unfortunately become a norm. Despite these setbacks, the silver lining lies in the consistently exceptional quality of their patties and ragu, offering a redeeming aspect to an otherwise lackluster dining experience.

I ordered the fried red snapper with rice and it was so delicious! The red snapper was big and well done. Good flavor . Everything was GOOD GOOD! I want to come back to Boston just to eat here again. The people that works there, especially the men needs to be a little more friendly and smile. Welcome your customers with a nice , warm smile , stop stiffing up your face when they walk in it’s disgusting! We are not your enemies! We are your supporters! Without us there is NOOOOO BUSINESS , remember that. And be helpful when non Haitians people come into your business to support. When I walked in.. there was a dark skinned , tall skinny male there taking orders at the bar. When we made eye contact. He immediately squeezed up his face . I wanted to turn around but I was hungry and wanted to try something new.He never once smile . I hate that energy. You’re not there to look intimidating. You are there to make your customer feel warm. You want you customers to always return so give them that happy warm feeling and presentation.I’m a business owner as well and a lot of black owned businesses needs to apply this. SMILE! ?
