Clothes were all over the floor in the women’s section, and staff walked by without picking them up. Checkout lines were super long with barely any registers open.

I went to Target to get a couple things including laundry detergent. All the detergent was together but Tide was the only one locked up, and of course that is the one I used. I put my hand under the scanner to get someone over there to unlock it. After waiting over 10 minutes and scanning the thing multiple times, a woman came over and she also seem annoyed. She wasn't nice at all. I told her what I needed and asked her why Tide was the only one locked up. She told me its because its the most stolen item. So I then ask her if she is going to escort this to the register for me to assure that I pay. She said no. So I asked her what is the point of locking it up? I could grab it off the shelf and steal it, or wait for you unlock it and hand it to me and then I can go steal it. What is the point of this very unnecessary and inconvenient step? Please make this make sense. This is why I will be doing all shopping at Amazon now!

I try to avoid coming to this location any chance I can. Removing the self check out is a huge inconvenience when there is only ever 2-3 registers open. You can grab all of your items in less than 5 minutes. Then you’re waiting a minimum of 15 minutes in line just to check out. If you don’t want to have self check out then hire more register workers!! A waste of time

Wow never heard I have to tell them when am on my way I tough I was able to just let them know when arrived the cameron guy that helped me with my curbside pick up was rude said '' you have to tell us when you're on your way not just pull up" . Honestly just so rude for no good reason I would have taken the feedback if he was a bit nicer without such of attitude.

All customer service employees are aggressive and exibit criminal behavior.Employee named Jo threw her device on the counter when I asked for assistance.I advise all civil customers to utilize order pick up or other AI based features, unless you want to be disrespected by the humans who do not deserve or value their positions.Order pick up team was super helpful and kind!Eliminating customer service as a whole is a great step to a much needed AI evolution!Will not return to this location

First time in my life harassed by a police officer.We did absolutely nothing but walking out of the store. Even smiled at the officer who is taller than both of us. But somehow he decided that he will just block our way out and refused to let us leave but asking repeatedly “were you looking to buy something specific or just looking around”.I did not feel like answering his questioning but he would not let us leave the store and kept asking the same question. We were not looking sketchy or anything remotely resembling any suspicious activity. We were very sober, dressed properly, talked properly, and maintained our manner. We didn’t buy anything, but there were other people who didn’t buy anything and leaving.The only thing we noticed were that we were of different ethnicity than this police officer who were visibly very nice to people around him who share the same racial ethnicity. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any Target.I wish there is a way to formally report this.

How do you offer free registry kits and it's not available at any Target stores. No employees or managers know when they will receive them again.

Everything is locked up and they no longer have s bathroom. The make up section is always empty. One of the worst targets I’ve been to and it gets even worse every time I go. Now shoppers can’t even pee. Will not be back

Last night I placed a car side pick up order it informed me of a 2hr wait once receiving the email I went to the store upon arrival I got there the doors was closed so I had to use the main entrance okay .. I proceed to pick up my order as I’m leaving I get approached by 5 security guards and I’m assaulted before even asked to see my receipt for the items . WOW I’ll be following up with cooperate as well NOONE wanted to state names but I know everyone’s description and will be happy to point em out
