I needed a replacement windshield. Steven was the consummate service provider. He answered the phone quickly, responded to all my questions, replied by text immediately, told me I didn't need an additional calibration that cost $250, and set me up for service the next day. The service was done on time and perfectly. It's always nice when a locally owned shop provides this kind of great service.

Steve speaks in an honest and straightforward way but please keep an open mind and do not let this rare authenticity shun you away. He spent time to look at my issue and gave me honest advice and actually helped me save money .

this afternoon as I was driving home from work, I decided to call alliance glass to get a quote about tinting my vehicles. He asked me if I already had the factory tint on my back windows, which I said yes, but I would like to darken them and he said oh why what illegal activity are you doing that you need to do this. I am a nurse that services the community. I simply want to darken my car because in a couple years, I plan on moving down south where the sun is beaming. This was absolutely a horrible experience. He didn’t even answer the phone with the business bill or even naming with the business was. Sounds like some old man sitting on the toilet constipated, who was absolutely rude and obnoxious. You would not get a dime of my money.

I needed my windshield replaced, and the man on the phone could not have been ruder. In a 30 second inquiry call, the man spoke down to me, cut me off, and hung up. I'm sure ANY other glass shop would be preferable for ANY customer.

Steven is a true gem. My car got broken into in a parking garage while my boyfriend and I spent the weekend in Boston. My passenger window was smashed and we would have had to drive 4+ hours back home in the freezing cold with a broken window. We were hopeless until we called Alliance Glass and got on the phone with Steven. It took less than 24 hours for him to get the new window, replace it, AND tint it. He also cleaned out all the broken glass that was left in my car. Not to mention, the price is IMPOSSIBLE to beat! He treated us as if he has known us our entire lives. Cannot say enough amazing things about this business. Steven has been in this business for over 50 years and it truly shows. Amazing amazing amazing!

I had the BEST experience. Everyone is so awesome and super helpful nice and friendly. I love how they do at least three cars, trucks and suvs in the garage and they have employees replacing your vehicle windows, side mirrors etc. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY SUV anywhere else than ALLIANCE GLASS

I was referred by someone from the City of Boston to contact this company and was told to call and speak with Steve. I called and explained to him that we wanted to change our glass panels to our business. He kept say he needs a plan and I kept asking what exactly they would need from us or our contractor. He couldnt explain. He asked if the city was paying for it, I told him I wasn't sure. I'm not sure why it mattered. He looked it up the business on Google and said he wasn't sure because it was an old storefront he could do it, because again he didn't have a plan. I asked him multiple times what would he need from us to complete the project. He refrained from answers the question. I even asked if they could come and see the panels and give an idea to how we could get this project started. He said they couldnt do that and just said he didn't want to take a project on like this an hung up! Rude, disrespectful and I'll be glad to take my money elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - my first interaction with them was replacing my window when my car was broken in to. The old guy who runs it didn’t call when it was ready so I had to track him down. When I was there, he made weird comments and kept calling me “honey” like I’m not an adult at his business. They replace the glass and tell me the window doesn’t go down (unknown if they caused this or it was the break in). They tell me they’ll call about seeing what they can do. Never got a call back, finally call to inquire about what the next steps are. His response it to yell at me, tell me I’m wrong, and pretend he didn’t have my information because his “Secretary wasn’t in” even though he could directly reference my car. When I stated, after this grown man yelled at me, that he should speak to customers with more respect. He yelled at my like I was child (again, Im a grown adult) and then hung up… yikes.

I had my glass replaced here 3 or so years ago and it was such a seamless experience. The glass looked pristine and the process was simple. They replaced all the stickers that were on the glass and everything looked flawless.
A minuscule pebble recently hit my windshield when driving on a local interstate and my mechanic let me know I wouldn’t pass my state inspection that is quickly approaching. I found this business starred in my Google Maps and called them up to get it replaced again years later.
Working with Steven is such a delight. I gave the business a call and he let me know everything I need to do to prepare for the replacement. I sent him my registration and gave him the make and model for my vehicle and he’s setting up the insurance claim and ordering the glass. We have an appointment scheduled for my next replacement!
I am a repeat customer and highly recommend this business for any service!

Called the shop on Monday afternoon and I was told to drop off the car the next morning at 8. The car was ready to be picked up at 12.
The good - the windshield was quickly replaced.
The bad -
1. When I drove the car home I noticed that one of the tubes that was connected to one of the wipers was incorrectly installed. Drove back to the shop and Steve became very defensive without even looking at the car and the issue. The individual who installed the windshield came out and fixed the issue.
2. Later while changing the oil I noticed that 6 plastic clips were missing. I know they had to be removed in order to replace the windshield but they were never reinstalled. I bought the clips and installed them myself.
3. The biggest issue I found was that the tube that connect the wiper fluid reservoir with the windshield sprayer was never reconnected !!!!!! I was lucky that during this time I didn't have to spray the windshield!
