Like many boost mobile customers I started with them by purchasing a SIM card online from their website at the great low price of $25 a month for unlimited service now I have two lines and that's great at $50 for two lines of unlimited service! Recently I had personal problems that resulted in hospitalization and needed to work with a Boost Mobile customer service loyalty team member to accommodate my inability to cover the prepaid next month of service for both lines over the holidays and did not want to lose service during the holiday season which is near and dear to my heart. The Boost was unable to extend me a courtesy week with which to pay my bill after the holiday and after most likely I had been released from the hospital they did work with me to lower the bill to a nice manageable zero dollars for this billing cycle which really touched my heart and warmed it on a cold day! Bravo boost keep up the good work! Take that Ryan Reynolds and mint mobile!

Worst company ever even though I never set up auto pay and lost my phone they still charged my account and won't refund me and the customer service is horrible this supervisor Hannah is horrible

I have had boost for years but just got the acp plan threw them and my phone got stolen and they won't replace it even though acp offers $100 towards a replacement but some how the cheapest phone they have will still cost me about 130 even with the 100 off. Which is crazy I'm not asking for the new iPhone 15 or anything just a smart phone that works good and is fast..
