Next door neighbor's kids threw a rock through one of my Shed's glass windows. They repaired it like new in a couple of days.

FIVE STARS for Boston Glass & Boarding Service - from estimate to the finished job: five upper window sashes with broken seals needed to be replaced in my 3rd floor condo in Lower Mills. High level of difficulty: oversized arched windows in a 1900 brick mill, third floor......took ten hours, over two days. I appreciate that they took the extra time. The Boston Glass crew was most accommodating, friendly, and the most competent, capable team I could have hoped for. The finished job is like new.....meticulous. Warranted as well. Highest recommendation, Boston Glass. Bravo.

I'd used Boston Glass for my cars for years, but somehow never thought to call them when dealing with the cracked glass in several windows in my 120-year-old house. However, after awful experiences with several other places, I called them in desperation. They should have been my first call! They gave me a quote over the phone, and when the work turned out to be more complicated than they first thought, they refused to charge me more, insisting that they would honor their original quote. This alone was worth 5 stars in my book, but really, I cannot say enough for the guy who came to our house (Michael - "Pika"), and the team back at the shop. There was nothing about a double-hung window that this guy did not know. The workmanship was first rate; he came in the morning, and the windows were back in place that afternoon -- he even puttied an additional sash on the spot just because he thought it was such a mess, and no additional charge for that, either. Really, where do you find people like this anymore? They have a customer for life; I will never call anyone else for anything glass related.

This is the greatest service from a place I have never been to! I called and Theresa let me know that although they couldn't solve my problem, she gave the name, the phone number and the guy who could. And it worked! She saved me tons of time and aggravation and also about $150 off of what I thought I was going to have to pay. This is great service from a place I didn't have work done! Thank you!

Place an order for a shower glass to install my walk in standing shower. Gave them the measurement and deposit for them to cut it . Takes over a week for it to be ready. Wish it's a little faster but it turn out looking good. Had my contractor installed it and looks nice and clean. Satisfied with their products and services so far.

These guys are awesome. They made the process of getting my windshield replaced easy. They helped me file a claim with my insurance and took care of all the paperwork for me. They were fast and efficient and even offered me coffee or water as I waited for my car to be done. I recommend going here for any of your glass needs!

Beware of this place. I brought my car here and a year later my window was having issues coming down and they so called fix the problem. The guy that had worked on it was frustrated cuz he knew the issue on trying to put window my type of car. I did receive ot back working but with a little jump. Not 100%, now tje issue has come up again and the refuse to fix what they dodnt get rite tje first time. They're blaming it on the year of the car which is a 2010 Toyota Corolla. Becareful with these guys. Also they say they have 100% warranty but only on the glass not the work. Hmmm sounds like bull to me.

These guys were great! They have incredible customer service. I bought a pane of old Restover Plus historic glass (elsewhere) that was just 1/4" too wide. So, I visited this shop to see if they can trim off that extra bit. They were happy to try, but since I didn't buy the glass through them, and it was a risky procedure, they said they would do it as long as I understood it may split and they can't be held responsible. I was happy to agree. It was that or have a useless piece of glass that wouldn't fit my window. They trimmed it with skill, no breakage. They even did all this for free since it was just a 30" cut on a small piece of glass. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a good glass shop! If I ever need glass again, then I am going to them.

I stopped by this place this morning figuring I would have to make an appointment and to my happy surprise, they just told me I could leave my car and it would be done by 4pm. I've needed a new windshield for a while now and since they are close to my house, I wanted the business to go to someone local. It was a good move! Everyone there was super nice and willing to help. They took my insurance info and that's it. My new windshield was in and my car was ready to go in about 3 hours! Don't call some 800 number if you need car glass, shop local and support great businesses like this one! Also I have a broken window at my house and they told me to bring it in for same day service! Couldn't be happier!!!

The front door of the business that I work at cracked, so I called Boston Glass at 10:15am to see if they could help. Someone was out here by 12:30 to take measurements and another person came by at 1:15 to replace the glass, all of it was very quick and everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly. I got a quote right away from the receptionist during my first call. I'm glad I called Boston Glass and will definitely call them again if needed (but hopefully I don't need to!!!!). Reasonable prices and great day of service.

I called Boston Glass about fixing a thermal pane sash. They gave me the price ($95) and said they could do it the same day if I got it to them by 1pm. They were done by 3pm. Folks were very friendly, no surprises, and the quality was great. It was a really good experience.

I had a round mirror encircled by mosaics. It was made in Indonesia and was a gift. One morning I noticed the mirror had mysteriously cracked. As I live in Cambridge, I went to a nearby glass place. They would not touch it. A friend of mine who is a longtime Dorchester resident took it to Boston Glass for me. After much discussion, a solution was found and it looks beautiful. I would happily come here in the future. Thank you, Boston Glass!

First, I just like these folks over at Boston Glass. They are always super friendly and welcoming when I come in. I go here to get custom sized glass cut for desktop protection. I also rely on Boston Glass to repair broken sash windows for my rentals. Always do a great job and on time for a reasonable price. Parking is sometimes tough but I usually find a spot on the street close by. Definitely recommend! "Thelbows Up!" (That's both the thumbs and elbows up)
