they Scratched and put a minor crack in my daughter’s phone when they replaced the battery. Asked them if they was gonna replace it and they told me the scratch and crack was already there like I didn’t examine the phone before I handed to him. Told him I have insurance on the phone and if the crack was there I would have just taken it to Best Buy. Do not trust these people with your phones and if you do take pictures before and after.

I wish I could give them negative stars! They quoted me a price and time for the repair to be done. I showed up 35 minutes after the quoted time and was told it would be an additional 30 minutes!!! I had to run an errand so I gave them another 2 hours. I called and was told, "30 more minutes" and was hung up on!!! I showed up in 40 minutes and the phone still wasn't ready!!! I waited an additional 15 minutes and the phone came out with glue on it!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!
