Closing at 947 definitely isn't a service to the community. They didn't close the doors on me but they had the door locked before I left and I left At 9:48. The commitment to serving the community must be paramount over the personal need for employees to leave early

Did a promo for photos thru app and when i went to pick them up I was told machine was down and has been down for 2 days meanwhile still taking orders when I called customer service they didnt know what to do and stated they couldn't do anything because it was thru the app

Pharmacy constantly gets things wrong. Has attempted to charge all sorts of other ppls insurance even though i come in with the card each time.

The pharmacy confirmed Thursday my rx was ready. I arrive Sunday morning and am told rx was put on hold and I should come back in 30 minutes. Not acceptable cvs you need to do better with people’s medicines.

WORST PHARMACy!!!! TAKES AN HOUR BREAK FROM 1-2. They literally close down for an hour. Unacceptable. Back to Walgreens I go.
