It’s a quaint store. Right off the express way. Located in a nice plaza. They have a lot of trendy clothes. There was a great sales as well if you have their credit card !
A nice makeup studio there as well.
The staff there is wonderful . A nice lady named Amelia helped me out a lot. Very kind and efficient.

This is the worst store ever! I bought a jacket for my son on the 9th of January and it didn't fit. I came in on the 31st to get a refund and they would not refund my money. All my son did was try on this jacket, I had my receipt to show but the supervisor claim this was not enough. I'm very disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

The staffing is horrible at this location....no one EVER wants to help you. No wonder many Macy's are closing it's doors.... customer service is lacking!! I feel like I'm a bother at this location!

Reading these reviews from customers lets me know that going to this place will be a terrible mistake , all of these negative reviews can't possibly be wrong especially dealing with rude workers, I have no time or energy for that so before I take a chance to spend my money there I will decline going there before I put myself through that nonsense

As someone who is a retail store manager, I get how crazy the holidays can be! HOWEVER; each department in that location should be monitored for guest experience. I waited 20 min at the perfume counter! Finally went to grab someone from up front. Gentlemen goes “she’s on register. She will be there.” Never came. Grabbed a gentlemen who grabbed someone else instead of just helping me himself. The one lady who came to help out was cool but she got pulled away because there was another gentlemen who was waiting before me and he was upset. Which is understandable.
The problem with this location and staff is that no one wants to help each other and now as a result you missed out on a pretty good sell. I waited long enough. 20 minutes to purchase a few bottles of perfume. No thank you!!!
Also as a Macy’s credit card owner that was a horrible horrible experience. Now I have to travel downtown just to make a purchase.
Strongly encourage management to work this out and bring this to the attention of WHOEVER is in charge of the perfume section. Why was she on register in the first place. Smh
I also called the store twice to get someone to speak too … no one answered .

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my visit to your mall. Despite asking for assistance with checking on some items, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

Wow ! Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen ! Seems like not a single sales person in the store ! Big store .. limited inventory , no one to help you at all ! Totally avoidable ! Seems like they are not interested to sell at all

The Macy's store in South Bay is much smaller than I expected, and smaller than the one downtown, especially the selection of clothes. They do have a toys section, which is nice. However, I had a frustrating experience when I tried to return a pair of unworn pants. The staff refused the return because the tags were missing. I hadn't had a chance to try on the pants when I bought them because the store was closing, and I needed them for a trip the next morning.
The store closed at 9 pm and the pants were bought at 8:40 pm, as shown on the receipt, and I still had a few other things to buy for the trip. Due to the unfamiliar sizes, I got a few different ones and guessed my sizing since I was running out of time. When I finally tried them on two days later, none of them fit, they were too small, so I stuffed them back into my suitcase out of frustration and I hadn't taken the pants out of my suitcase since then, about 2 weeks until I got the chance to return them since I was sick, which is why they were wrinkled.
I was disappointed that the staff couldn't understand my situation, you can't wear pants that are too small. I couldn't even exchange them for a bigger size! I had planned to buy more pants anyway since I needed some dress pants for work, but I'll look for them elsewhere now.
It's a waste that these three pairs of pants are now headed for the trash. I threw them away once I got back home. I'm not happy with the situation and don't anticipate using my Macy's card anytime soon now because of the chance a similar situation could occur, into the drawer it goes. I'll stick to ordering online but on a different website where my purchases matter.

Walked in to get a perfume, the lady handling this area lacks customer service skills, asked if the Valentino was available & mid sentence started talking to another woman & walked away. Not cool.
