“Last time we went to a mattress firm, we had dealt with a pushy salesman. To be expected, but he kept pushing towards models that were out of our price range, so our expectations were not the greatest. However, when we visited this location, Hunter was awesome. He listened to us, showing us mattresses that would meet our needs and also accommodate our budget. He was able to give customer feedback and advice on certain models when we ask questions. The best part was we were originally looking at memory foam, but when trying it out and that underwhelmed our expectations, Hunter was able to point us in the direction of another type of mattress that suited our needs better. Hunter changed our minds and we ordered our new mattress and box spring directly from him. If you're looking for a solid representative, visits the Braintree location and look for him, you will not be disappointed.”

Without any pressure Nelson helped me to choose mattress that was right for me. Helped me to choose right base for my new mattress. Gave my printed list with several choices i made with transparent price. So i left store satisfied. I made additional research home regarding my choices and made a decision. Next day i came back and bought S&F Lux Estate 16” mattress and smart base Ergo 3. Got some bonuses with my purchases. it was real pleasure to work with Nelson. “We had an emergency on a Sunday with my English Bulldog Macy and called VEG in Cambridge. Anna answered the phone and connected me right to a Doctor. I explained my concerns and the fact that my dog has severe anxiety and was put at ease right away and was told that they will do what ever was less stress for Macy when we arrived. Anna greeted us when we walked in and brought us back right away and we're checked in and examined by Dr. Abigail and Eric. Dr. Abigail listened to everything we explained. Dr. Abigail gave us her recommendations and what she would like to do and check in such great detail that we had no questions to ask. AMAZING!!!! Amy Grace our nurse was just as wonderful with her patience, understanding and care again her instructions were so well communicated that we had no follow up questions to ask. While we waited for blood work, Anna from the front came through to check in us and offer us refreshments. Just as important we were able to watch the entire staff care for the other pets with and without their owners there with such kindness, care, and love. I hope to never need another ER visit but if I ever do or someone I know, this is without a doubt the place to go. Thank you all especially Anna, Dr. Abigail, Amy Grace, and Eric.”

However, I went to Casper today and within 15 minutes I knew which mattress was made for me. Paul provided the most professional customer service and with his expertise, I found the perfect bed.
