“I had a great experience at this store! This was my first time purchasing a mattress in person, and Luis was so kind and helpful! He walked me through the shopping process and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. The store was having a good sale too, I got a free adjustable bed frame with purchase. I also appreciate that mattress firm offers a white glove delivery and setup service. I think it’s definitely worth the extra cost to alleviate some of the work of moving!”

“Luis made me feel welcomed like a family member who is extremely hospitable. I’ve never experienced such personable attitude anywhere. As soon as I met him I knew he would go far and beyond to solve my issue. I just moved to Boston. Movers lost the legs to our adjustable base. Sure enough he provided the solutions to perfection. When I’m in the market to buy a new mattress I’ll be looking for Luis! Thank you for your phenomenal customer service!!!”

“I did advance research on what I wanted. The store was empty of customers the entire time I was there. I was in a rush, but the checkout process took a little longer to wrap up than it should have - my sales rep was bantering with other employees so I had to tell her to move a little faster.”

“I was in the market for a new mattress because I’ll be moving from Brighton over to Newton with my girlfriend. I originally was doing some research online and considering Mattress Firm, Bob’s, etc., but something just didn’t feel right with the high prices at those stores. I’m so glad I stopped into this place on a whim. I was able to try out a few mattresses without feeling any pressure to buy that day, and ultimately, being a simple guy, I just needed a place to lay my body at night. I wasn’t fishing for a bottom-of-the-barrel price or mattress. I genuinely wanted a quality product without all the markup and marketing hype you see with a lot of the big-name retailers. When I decided to come back a little later in the day with my girlfriend, we ended up getting a really good mattress for a very fair price. Mike, the salesman, was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. That little bit of personal touch goes a long way in the sales business, and ultimately we’re very happy with our purchase. I don’t often write a lot of reviews, but the experience was so painless that I figured it was the least I could do. I would highly recommend just giving them a chance. Yeah, the store layout may seem a little all over the place, but when you’ve got beds flying off the floor because of great deals and good service, I don’t blame them for having things a little cluttered. They’re too busy making their customers happy. As my mother always told me, don’t judge a book by its cover. Never thought I’d have such a great experience buying a mattress, but here we are 😁🤝”

“I recently bought a mattress in February but after a few months I decided to take advantage of the 120 day sleep trial. I was having a bit of back/side pain so I came back to upgrade. I met with Shawn who helped me with my first purchase. I tested out more mattresses at the store and decided to upgrade to the Dream Cloud PressureSmart Technology Plush Pillow top. The exchange paperwork was super easy and I scheduled my delivery for two days later. The drivers came and removed my old mattress and set up the new one. I’m very pleased and happy and had a great night’s sleep. Thank you Shawn for all your help!”

“A followup visit. Two Vterinarians and three staff members converged on the case. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Visit included a detailed physical exam, abdominal ultrasound exam, discussion of findings of the exam:, an IV drug administration, and a topical medication. Ultrasound was forwarded to our primary care vet. All this was conducted with professionalism, courtesy and compassion.”

“This was an amazing experience from Billy at the Revilla store accommodating me. What are in a mattress at 7 PM and having it delivered the next morning. Speaks volumes on the customer service. The delivery was seamless. The drivers were amazing, very friendly, and super efficient. Pricing on the mattress for the quality that I received is also top-notch. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. I originally had ordered from another mattress company and it was to be delivered today, and the night before they had the wrong address for my delivery and they only concern was pulling the mattress off the truck and I would not be getting my mattress on the day that I needed it. That was unacceptable to me, and that’s why I called this company who was amazing. Don’t bother with the other companies, just go right to this company.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Mattress Firm in Everett, thanks to Valerie's exceptional customer service. My son is moving into a rental house on June 1, but he won't receive the keys until 10:00 a.m. The mattress delivery window is between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., so I was concerned about the possibility of the delivery arriving before he could access the house. Valerie went above and beyond to help. She made multiple attempts to communicate with the delivery team to ensure they were aware of the timing issue and did everything she could to accommodate our request. She also helped me apply a discount code I had found online, which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Valerie was patient, proactive, professional, and genuinely focused on helping us. In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she truly stood out. Because of Valerie's dedication and willingness to go the extra mile, I would highly recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a mattress and a company that values its customers.”

“We have had a Bedworks floating platform for more than a decade. It’s sturdy and beautiful. We highly recommend it. But recently we added a Bedworks mid-firm foam mattress (35 high resilience) and it’s exactly what we wished for. We love it! It was a bit firm upfront so we added a 1’ inch medium firm latex topper (go for latex not other materials that do nothing and no more than 1’ if not it will be too soft) and the combination is ideal. Both affordable (even with the topper) and light enough (40+ pounds) to turn over. Much better than most higher priced, super heavy mattress out there. For anyone with chronic back pain, go check them out. Thanks Khat!”

“Visited the store to purchase a sleep number bed replacing one which we had for many years. The manager of the store, Matt, expertly guided us through the features of all the relevant beds models to ensure we were fully informed. We were pleased with his sales techniques. He seemed more interested in making sure we were fully informed rather than simply closing a sale (which he did). A great store to learn about and purchase sleep number products”

“Amazing one-stop shop for college students, grad students, or anyone looking for deals on furniture. Super helpful in selecting pieces and quick with installation, next day even on a weekend holiday. When my futon broke a few days after installation they came and replaced it for no extra cost. They even put together some furniture I bought elsewhere and hung my mirror for me - overall above and beyond service and the price is unbeatable, I’d give six stars if I could.”
