Unprofessional and rude. When asked how to deal with a situation that they supposedly couldn't deal with, when in reality they just didn't want to i had to go to a different PLS center to handle it, they told me to leave that there's nothing they can do with out hearing me or helping me.

Is very unprofessional. I went there and they were 3 employees. No one greated me . They saw me and ignored me. One was eating the other one was talk on her phone. The one was cleaning the windows. I was there for 5min just standing there looking at the 3 of them not giving no customer service at all. This generation need to do better.

Customer service sucks everyone is in the back room 8 windows only 2 open this is ridiculous it’s unacceptable to the customers and community and nobody speaks English!!!!!

Horrible customer service, they are usually super busy but today i walked in at 10:00pm to make a money order no one in the line.
i stood there and they just looked at me not even saying “we will be right with you” until i said hello anyone working and they proceeded to say “we need like 10-15 min” mind you it’s 3 of them behind the glass.
i stood there waiting and other people started to come and still not a word to “kindly” wait just straight rude and this are the people handing out money for special reasons ! smh
do better PLS give a course on customer service! the young men’s name name are
