I have nothing but good things to say about St.Josephs Rehab. This place was so good to my dad the staff was amazing. Every person that took care of dad was awesome I highly recommend this place to anyone. The care was outstanding in my opinion. After this place my dad went to hospice and passed away a few days ago. But St.Josephs was the right place for my dad 100%.

I have always heard bad things about nursing homes. St. Joseph was the best. They were kind, considerate and understanding of my family situation. I will always use them for respite care for my mom.

Staff is loud at night. I witness staff yelling at patients. No cause to treat elderly sick patients like that. I intend on reporting to board of health. Elderly affairs . Public health. You need to hire professionals. It's embarrassing.

My dad was transferred there from the hospital on a Friday afternoon and I received no confirmation that he mad there safely. No one reached out to me until Tuesday only to get paper done for billing. I was calling numerous times to find out what the plan of action was and how can I set up visitation. I finally was able on Tuesday afternoon to speak with the person who set up visitation who didn’t know what protocol is for visitation and to get back to me. I also got to speak with the case manager who at that time informed me that she hadn’t met my dad and was going to today and she also hadn’t talk with the doctor. Mind you it’s now Tuesday and he only there to built up his strength. The case worker and the doctor met with today by then I was done and called them to let them know I was on my way to discharge him from this unprofessional place. Follow through with the staff is unacceptable and unreliable who are suppose to be caring of our love ones.

If I could give 0 stars to this place, believe me, I would. My father had been in the hospital for a little over three weeks due to multiple complications to his health, and he was sent to St. Joe's so he could get back on his feet. Due to covid, we weren't able to see my dad for 10 days, which was worrisome since he was still mentally confused, and when my mom was finally able to see him, he looked so depressed, and he seemed to have lost weight, almost like he wasn't being fed properly. He even had to be sent back to the hospital, due to his sodium levels going back up, and him being very dehydrated. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible, Dangerous, Disgusting! 3 words to describe this place. It is NOT owned by the church anymore but a private guy. Came from colon cancer surgery; gave me food i couldn't eat; waited 5 hours to get water; gave me wrong medication; couldn't find someone in charge; they are all nurses aides; laughed at and ignored me; I reported them to all the agencies for investigation...
