I just spent an hour there waiting to print documents. Only 3 out of their 6 copiers are working. There are three people behind the print counter and the only one working is the young boy trying to do everything. Finally got my print job going for $145 for bond paper Paper runs out and they replace it with economy paper. Then the toner runs out. Their response was well we can give you a refund and you can start over! I gave up as several people did while I was there. Horrible customer service…except for the young kid that seemed to be the only one working. I don’t recommend.

Amazon return service is terrible at this location. I've been in line impatiently watching one agent take longer than humanly possible to process what should be a quick automated quick return Staples management- manage your stores. It's really not that hard Customers- stay away

Horrible customer service every time I go. Long wait times to check out or receive assistance. Workers even yelling at each other at times.

Employees are rude and not helpful. It’s called self service but they should still be able to assist she called on. The two ladies in the print center had nothing but attitude.

Shame I cannot give 0 stars. Before I wrote my review, I check out the others here. I see great praise for the printing dept. This is a front end customer service review. I picked up my product. Not to much. $6.89. Went to the checkout and the cashierchad completed the sale of the customer ahead of me. Thought I was going to bin and out. NOPE!!!! The two started talking about the nails on the cashier. It ended up being a 10 minute convo. Both cashier and customer kept looking at me, waiting patiently. After a couple of more minutes, I gave up. Tossed my product on the counter and stated that they were both rude as I was waiting to cash out. Both of them called me rude. Hmmmmm. So I get in my car and call to speak to the MOD. Guess who answered the phone. At that point the customer walked out. Manager took the call and gave her a rundown. Not very apologetic. Days she will speak to cashier. Why? Nothing will be done!! Next call is Staples Corporate Offices. I'll never shop here again.

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. I easily shipped my package and the sales associate who helped me was kind enough to charge me after allowing me to quickly print a packing slip. Terrific customer service and a nice clean environment. Outstanding.

The printing service at this Staples is so disorganized, lacking of any service or customer friendly attitudes, and generally incompetent (I blame this on management and not the individuals behind the counter) that I had to buy my own laser printer to start printing my own labels because I can’t rely on them!

This location is right down the street from my house, which I always thought would be so convenient, but I’ve never had a successful trip. They’re always either out of the item with no clue when it will be restocked or they are rude. Today I went in to have some programs printed and the gentleman at the print services center said it would likely not be possible in the time I needed it. He wasn’t even kind about it and really did not even make an attempt. Because I know how difficult they can be, rather than get upset I drove to the Braintree location and they didn’t bat an eyelash, just said absolutely they could do it and assisted me with my order, which was finished (even after extra trimming done when they realized my document wasn’t the correct size) in 90 minutes. I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to Braintree for excellent service than attempt to use this location again.
