Went there for passport photos. The associate was friendly knowledgeable and took a few pictures so we could pick the one we liked the best. I had my 2 year old take his picture as well and it was painless. He wanted to take more pictures. The associate also made sure our pictures would be accepted. I would def recommend going here for passport photos. In this day and age when customer service is lacking it’s good to see a store keeping their standards up.

The staff at the New Bern staples alwyas greet me by name, and has assisted in all needs I may encounter in the store, espically my last minut printing orders I may have. Are very helpful of picking out new designs for birthday, hoilday cards I need.

I've been going here for years. There's a fair chance an employee will be mean and condescending to you. This is the most convenient location for me so I still go but it's unpleasant every 2 out of 3 times. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
