They replaced my screen in 20 min which was great, but screen was faulty. I went back, and they went to great lengths to replace it with a working screen, quickly and free of charge. Friendly enough staff, and overall a good experience.

They fixed my iPhone 11 in 10 minutes!!!! And I also brought my acer laptop and they gave me a 10$$ discount this place is great for my laptop and phone it only costed me 200$.

I went to 414A BOWDOIN ST had a broken screen in my tablet they told me it was going to be $90 to fix the screen I said ok then when I went to pick it up it was an mayor issue they delete everything in the tablet with out my permission and they lock the tablet when I put the password it said internal lock will never ever recommend this place I lost all my pictures videos everything that it was in the tablet then the excuse from them was they pass it over to their friend to change the screen and that the guy was not around no more…terrible service!!!! UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME!!!!

I had an issue with the replacements battery for an iPhone 7 Plus they installed , and they rectified the situation. They stood behind their work. I would go back for sure.

I have to give credit where credit is due. It has been on my mind to write this review for the longest but today I made time! I went to the Willy wireless located on Hyde Park ave after reading a handful of reviews. I figured from the reviews that they were inexpensive and that was just about all I needed. When I went in to get my iPad 7th generation screen replaced the price was reasonably fair, got it done and that was that. However that’s not what led me to this review, it’s the great customer service I received from Massiel! After I received my iPad that same day it wasn’t working how it was suppose to, there was lag with the pencil and I write on this thing a lot! So I went back to the store in Hyde Park and the rep told me that they would send it to the store in Dorchester which in where it was fixed the first time. I’m like sure no problem. When I went to pick it up Massiel was so sweet and funny (as mentioned in previous reviews) she allowed me to check the iPad and again I left went home thinking that it was alright.. it wasn’t! Lol. I ended up calling her letting her know that it was still lagging despite us checking it at the store. Instead of being frustrated with me she was so patient. She decided to reach out to a different vender and made sure that this particular replacement screen was compatible with my Apple Pencil. Came back a third time to drop it off and as the saying goes, “Third times the charm!”Again I appreciate Massiel and her patience, she even stated that she purchased another screen from a different vender just in case this one just so happen to give me trouble! We truly need more people like her in this world. Thank you for the amazing customer service Willy Wireless, thank Massiel!
