“Personally I have never had a dog before in my life although I do have a cat I really love dogs and I volunteer here every Sunday and its amazing to see the new dogs that come in every week. The people there are also really sweet and care so much about the animals and their safety.”

“This is such a gem of store! So many handmade goodies- collars, leashes, bow ties, bows, harnesses, and the cutest dog bakery items! They even carry some of our pups favorite toy and treat brands! The owner and the other shop girl were so lovely- couldn’t recommend stopping by enough!”
“Would give all the stars if I could. Yolanda and her team are the absolute BEST. Such an insane, healthy selection of food. All treats and toys have the best in mind with health as well. I just brought my 1yr old Siberian Husky to get groomed and Liz did AMAZING. Being a new Husky owner, we are learning as we go and they've been there every step of the way. My other pup (Boxer/St Bernard) goes to see Natasha this coming Saturday and I cannot wait! Set up recurring grooming appointments as my dogs found their forever store for all their food, treats, and grooming needs!”
“Great to have this store so close. Linda has always been able to order what I need if it wasnt in stock, as well as fill orders for my clients. Employees are always friendly too!”
“I’m always happy when I purchase items for my Maddie at Paws Planet. The women are very knowledgeable and pleasant. If you shop there regularly they always remember my name and what I usually order.”
“I seem to always forget this little pet shop is here and so conveniently located. Our new place for crickets/mealworms and all our pet needs. Staff is super friendly too.”
“Lots of kitties to be adopted. Some are bonded with a sibling. There were many older cats that were waiting for a forever home. I wish I could have taken all of them. Great staff, loving the kitties. I live out of state so could not take any.”
“Such a great experience from the second I walked in the door. I was greeted with a friendly smile, I believe her name was Cole. She's a kind young lady, she called another gentleman who helped me load 1400 lbs of stone on to my trailer. His name is Brandon, he offered to help me without hesitation, he even smiled while helping me load up.
Who's ever doing the hiring at the Putnam CT location, knocked it out of the park with these two individuals. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!”
“I come here for my chicken feed..but they have a variety of food and necessities for all kinds of animals..also have grass grower,Lime soil chicken coops and so much more at great prices..”
“They have wonderful and adorable cats up for adoption through Broken Tail Rescue. ❤ Thank you, Petsmart for helping these cats get to their forever homes!
Wow, just noticed someone else’s one star review because there was a sticker over a tear in a bag of dog food. Really??? So you want them to throw away an entire brand new bag of dog food due to a small tear in the bag? Very wasteful. And I’m sure if you brought the bag back they would’ve let you exchange it for another bag. Really crazy to give a negative review due to that.”
