The young girl that works there with the blonde hair is always rude and seems in a bad mood. She doesn’t help when you ask questions, and always acts like your inconveniencing her.

Every letter we send to mail to Douglas was returned for a variety of unwarranted reasons. It seems the postal workers are lazy, have a lack of an ability to read the English language, or are inept and incapable of doing their job.

I have found the people at the Douglas, MA Post Office to be very helpful. If i ever have a problem with mail or a package (which has only been a couple times in the three years I've lived here), they are always right on it to get it resolved. I appreciate that very much!
