I talked to Roy Chapman in detail about replacing an indirect water heater. He gave me a quote over the phone, then said he’d stop by my home to take a look at my current water heater and then be able to set up an install, just to make sure it wasn’t a complicated job. I understood and was home on the day we scheduled him to come by...never showed. When I called his cell and left a message I never got a response. When I called Chapman fuel and asked for a callback I never got one.

Chapman Fuel has great customer service and they are always there 100% when I need them, whether it be a phone call, coming out on the holidays, or at late hours of the night/early hours of the morning. I love having such a close relationship with this family and I trust them to come into my home. I highly highly recommend them

Last Monday I was run off the road by the blue Chapman truck in the above picture, while I taking a left off of the Montvale Ave exit in Woburn. I was forced to slam on my breaks and swerve into the curb which damaged my vehicle. I beeped my horn and the truck didn’t even stop to see if I was okay, but instead sped off as fast as he/she could down Montvale Ave. The worst part about this story is I attempted to contact the owner 3 times and never once did he/she contact me back even to just ask if I was okay.
