I am visiting from out of state and where I am from my local CVS is terrible. My insurance is linked to CVS Caremark, mail order so I have to use CVS.
This store in Dracut, MA on Lakeview Ave is fantastic! Plenty of employees to help, if one couldn't answer a question there was always another behind them to help. Quick response when calling on phone, prescriptions ready always always with in the hour.
A model pharmacy to be highlighted by management.

I have no idea how this pharmacy has over 4 stars. I have had nothing but headaches since I started using them. They are constantly sending messages that my insurance doesn’t cover prescriptions when it does. They have people who don’t know how to put it through the system or something. I have been told that my prescriber isn’t on my insurance prescriber list, when I’ve been going to the same office that accepts my insurance for years. I have spent hours on the phone going back and forth and wasted much unnecessary time. Do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy with better trained technicians. Or at least technicians that are willing to ask questions and fix things when an issue arises.

Medicine is never ready even if they call u to tell u if it is. An nobody works in the store. U might find 1 person restocking stuff, don’t go here!

Seems no matter what time I go, they are very busy...pharmacy assistant has not been stellar. Most likely due to high pressure..still no excuse for attitudes
