The store has nice staff but the pharmacy is an inexorable disaster. I’m certain it’s that CVS took on the GIC and other contracts it didn’t have the pharmacy staff to support but greed won. As a result you get pharmacies like 4 Broadway where the Pharmacists roll their eyes at customers and sigh loudly when customers ask for flavoring children’s medicine, consultations required by the doctor, and help with minor issue like their Rx is out of stock (pretty common these days). It is almost comical. My husband and I bicker over who has to go because it’s demoralizing no matter how you approach them — extra nice or short and efficient. The customer is always exacerbating to the pharmacy and techs.Every time it’s “I don’t know if I can do that. Let me look it up. Do you know your milligram and prescription number?” No! I would never know that. Why isn’t “Sure, happy to help look into this for you? Date of birth.” Always doing you a favor. People are sick or mentally ill or a tired and flustered caretakers or parents with sick kids, maybe getting the prescription is a lifeline or a last straw. Be nicer!

We went there for covid shots. The online appt schedule was outstanding. They were ready for us and took care of us efficiently. Covid is not over get your vaccinations.

I was greeted by Jasmine at the Broadway Rd Dracut store at check out. She was pleasant, greeted me with a smile and was informative on the products I was purchasing.

I absolutely love the CVS on Broadway in Dracut. It's Clean and organized and the people working there have great customer service. I love the photo department there because they make the canvases I order from their website online. They are so quick and efficient. I will be back soon

They have all sorts of stuff, perscriptions are fine. Good hygeine products, face washes, deodorants and such. We get them there.
