We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. She is awesome, she made our time of hardship and sadness much better. She is very sweet and definitely went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jodie so much!!!!

After a little issue with the gate code, Jody was very helpful in locating a unit for us and assisting us in getting into our rental. She also gave me a credit for the trouble we had with the gate code access. Thank you Jody

I highly recommend renting space at Extra Space Storage. The price is well below average market value, and the entire Staff is polite, friendly and extremely helpful! Just ask for Jody at the Dracut location!

Probably the worst experience with a storage unit that I’ve had in the 6 years I’ve been on the road. Professionalism goes a long way in business, but it’s not here.I hate giving a bad rating but I moved out in 3 weeks. I’ll probably never get another unit after this god awful experience.Hire some people who are professional and care about what they do.

First time being at this storage unit. Layout was very confusing but the front desk clerk was amazing even with it being her first day. She helped with finding the unit plus an easier entrance for my unit. The location was further than I expected but will keep my unit.
