First time at this salon, the service was friendly and the overall experience was good. I got gel extensions for the first time and 2 days after one fell off and another one is peeling up. Also thought the nail station could of been cleaner, a lot of nail dust over everything. After paying $73 plus a tip i expected better results. I will not be returning to this salon.

First time here and I'll definitely be coming back. My nails have been brittle and breaking for the last month so I came in for a regular mani/pedi. Mey was very patient (dealing with short nails is never a fun task) and she did a wonderful job. It was quiet for a Sunday morning. I went as soon as they opened at 10am so, I think that's probably the day to go! Regular mani is $20 and regular pedi was $37.

My first time back, visiting after the nail salon was sold again for the third time. In the last 15 years plus since I have been coming here and my family. It looks very clean and the staff is nice. The nail tech I had was pleasant. The pedi came out good, but she was a bit rough. It's a bit pricey for the service I received. I asked for OPI nail polish, and she said no, they don't carry it?. I had a dip for my nails, and it looks good. But not the wow factor I was expecting for the amount I spent.

The perfect experience! I went for a pedicure and it was one of the best Iāve had, I left feeling so relaxed and happy with my service. I was so happy to see they were open on Sundays and I highly recommend going on that day, itās very quiet there was only one other client. Iāve read in previous reviews how this salon can be busy which is amazing for the business, but I know some people like myself enjoy the quiet lol. All In all I will be returning, the salon was extremely clean and I really appreciate that.

Donāt go here! Theyāre all so fake and rude. You just gotta pay attention each time you go it gets worse. You can find out why on my yelp review. Donāt know if this helps figured I save someone the trouble. YES this lady cut me and when I asked the manager/owner for a refund they immediately turned me away not even an apology or any remorse and no promise to let their techs know to be more cautious.

Below 1 star review. I've asked for a refund and the owner/manager refused. Not even a half refund or anything. She completely turned me away and I never went back again and later I decided to stop getting my nails done entirely it get too overwhelming and tiring alone a waste of my hard working money.

Worst nail place I have ever been too. The techs are rude. They only greet and cater to their regular customers from Dracut. You walk in and they're too busy to see you. You schedule an appointment and they still make you wait 1-2hrs. The cheap products being used, hard gel or dip, don't last long. They are broken or chipped within days. Worst of all the owner thinks it's cute and funny to beg for higher tips. I watched & listened to her cash someone out for $240 w/$60 tip saying, "Ooouuhhh give me more money. More money please." How embarrassing for both parties, customer and owner. I've gone to Amara. She's great but she takes too long and the nails last 3 days if I'm lucky. I will never go back.

This place was recommend a friend. Had been going there for about 6 months without and issue.I donāt make appts w/ anyone specific. Got my nails (dip) done on a Thursday. Told the lady they didnāt feel right and she blew me off. Next day I had 2 chip. Over the weekend another 5 chipped. Iām a nurse and dip usually lasts 3 weeks. I came back to have them fix the 7 chipped nails over 3 days and was told I had to go to the same person to fix them. Made the appt and she was so rude, rushed and rough w/ me!! She kept clipping my cuticles w/ the file and pulling at my fingers aggressively. I left midway and another girl finished for her. I will NEVER go to this place again as the 2nd person was also rude! It felt like I was bothering them.If the job was done right the 1st time I wouldnāt be complaining but the attitude and rudeness was inexcusable!!! No accountability or acknowledgment of their mistake. Just am āIām sorryā and fixing the nails would have been good enough for me.

Came here today for my bday nails, mind you Iāve been coming here for years! Iām a loyal customer. I wanted a simple French tip nails and they couldnāt even do that. I had asked Mileena if she could help the lady doing my nails since she was struggling and all she did was give me attitude and not help. Mileena straight up sucks and her customer service sucks. Iām done coming to this place and itās because of her! If I could rate less than a 1 star I would, 0 stars on my end

The only person that does eyebrows was very quick to dismiss me because they were busy and then not even offer me an appointment for the following week. It was 12:45pm today and Iām not available so how about next week? And she claims I have an attitude, what type of business just sends you away and doesnāt offer you other options to keep your business? I always tip $9 for eyebrows or more but guess what I will continue to turn all friends and family away! I hope your weekend is as miserable as you! We miss the great people at Sunrise Pro Nailsā¦ā¦

I've been to so many salons in the area looking for one I love and after manyyyy different ones I found my place ! It's so clean and the people who work there are so nice and friendly and they do an amazing job!! Highly recommend.
