I'm sorry to say that our experience with Home Service Doctors was not good. After our heating unit broke during the last storm, the technician showed up, spent not even 5 minutes looking at our unit and professed that it was unfixable and that we'd have to spend $10,000 to get a new unit. Luckily we made a second call to a different company and saved $7,000 to repair the unit that was in perfectly good working order, but just needed a small replacement. Save your money. Look elsewhere

I was so annoyed by the grinding sound of my AC. I showed that to many professionals, but after a week, it started creating the sound again, finally my neighbour told me about the Home Service Doctors. I immediately made a call and hired them. It was a great experience working with them. I asked for assistance with my water heater replacement, and they sent Freddy. He responded immediately and his technical skills were amazing. Overall 10/10. What stuck out the most was that they explained exactly what was wrong with my plumbing, why it went wrong, and repaired everything in a way that would allow it to never happen again. Very trustworthy company, especially Chris, with fair pricing and honest work.
