Was not informed a daily allowance of 500 is all you can take from an atm attempted to purchase my vacation and was declined not because I didn’t have the funds but because of the amount of my purchase when called I was told just put it on a credit card then pay it off well if u won’t let me buy the trip why would u process a payment to a credit card I never had a bank put so many restrictions on my money can’t wait to take my money out tomorrow and go to a new bank

This is the worst location you can go to. The staff is incredibly rude and take it upon themselves to do whatever they want with your accounts if you have multiple. I.e withdraw funds from incorrect accounts without verifying information. Please go elsewhere.

They close there banks when theres a dusting of snow on the street very Unreliable bank... and they closed there banks when it was raining outside this happened few weeks ago. I took my money and went to TD instead? I can't have a weak bank in my busy schedule

This entire credit union has broken to crumbles since its system upgrade in October. I have not been able to view any credit card transactions or make any payments on either their website or mobile app. I have had to call and get in touch with a manager every single month to pay my bills. This problem seems to be acknowledged and ignored every other week. I have consistently been pushing to management (Caitlyn & Nancy) to seek correction of this issue but I am continuously ignored. This is extremely problematic that a credit union can’t even accommodate their members so they can view or make payments on their credit accounts. Extremely low quality service by managers and assistant managers who seem they care less than their members do. Many of their statements are actually contradictory as I have learned that they make many false promises as they continue to under deliver in service. I only left feedback about the managers because every other lower level customer support is absolutely valueless and a waste of every members time

STAY AWAY! Locked out of online banking consistently. It’s almost impossible to even call them or get in contact with them. Don’t even get me started about the fraudulent charges that happen at least one a month. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY

Terrible terrible terrible bank to do business with. Constant issues accessing your own account and money, and useless unhelpful staff to assist. My final straw was when I went to one location to get a new debit card (didn't honor online appointment that I made in advance). After waiting a half hour they tell me they can't make one because their machine is down. Okay, understandable. Went to a different location. Waited another half hour, finally get assistance and receive my new debit card. Instantly check the ATM for an account balance, doesn't work. I go to see the teller, and am told to give it 1 business day. Meanwhile I was just told that my card should work instantly with "no activation." At this point the bank was about to close so I decided to take their advice and give it a day. I'm at work on lunch break and go to pay for my food. Card doesn't work. 51 minute wait to get in touch with a human on the phone, only for them to tell me they don't have any answers and to give it "a few more hours," and try "calling back." Are you kidding me? I'm on my way to JCDU now to close my account after being a loyal account holder for 10 years. Taking my business elsewhere.

It's a credit union it does credit union things 'duh' but you would assume that includes a working ATM.More often than not the ATM is down or being worked on or out of funds.Please make investments in a working ATM system or maintenance that will fix the CONSTANT issue.

This is by far the worst bank anybody can use every service they offer is a joke and customer service is non existent I would rather bank with the neighborhood junkie. I opened an account because I heard good things and it was the worst mistake I closed the account after only 2 weeks of you work for your money and need it to care for your family this is not the bank to use
